The mirror itself feels small, but not any smaller than a typical round vanity mirror. It feels sturdy, with a suitable stand that doesn't flop around and can be adjust to stand more upright or angled. There are 3 different light settings and the power button only requires a light touch tap to turn on. Love that it doesn't need to stay plugged in to work, and also convenient that it's type-C, so I don't need to keep another cord around whenever this needs to be charged.

This is one of those small vanity mirrors that quietly ends up being more useful than expected. The size hits a sweet spot: compact enough to toss in a bag or keep on a crowded vanity, but still large enough to see clearly without feeling cramped. The glass mirror itself is crisp and distortion-free, which I really appreciate since wavy reflections are an instant deal-breaker for me. The lighting is the standout feature. You get three color temperatures—cool, natural, and warm—and each one is dimmable. Switching modes is simple, and holding the touch control smoothly adjusts brightness. What surprised me (in a good way) is that it remembers the last brightness setting you used, so you don’t have to re-dial it every time. The light is bright without being harsh and evenly diffused, which makes close-up tasks much easier. Build quality feels solid for something this slim. It’s lightweight but doesn’t feel flimsy, and the fold-out stand holds its angle without wobbling. The included accessories are a nice touch too: a soft drawstring pouch to protect the mirror during travel, an adhesive magnet for mounting on metal surfaces, and USB-C charging. You do need to supply your own wall adapter, but that’s pretty standard these days. Battery life is generally good for daily routines, but this is where my main complaint comes in. The mirror turns on with a very light tap, which is convenient on a desk but not ideal for travel. I had it fully charged, slipped it into the pouch for a trip, and later found the battery drained because the light had turned on in the bag. A longer press to power on would make much more sense for a travel-friendly device. Overall, this is a well-made, thoughtfully designed LED mirror that punches above its price. It looks clean and modern, works exactly as advertised, and the lighting quality is genuinely useful. Just be mindful of that sensitive power control if you plan to pack it—otherwise, it’s an excellent little mirror for home or on the go.

[Jan 2026 - My unbiased review of Bearolve's "Vanity Mirror with Lights, 8"×6" LED Makeup Mirror Built-in 1500mAH Lithium Battery, Smart Touch with 3-Color Lighting, Dimmable, Lighted Up for Makeup Desk (White)"] The mirror is 'true' with no distortions or 'wobbles' and it is 1X all over, NOT magnifying. (The listing is clear about that.) It's framed in white colored metal, and the white colored metal stand allows the mirror to be stood up vertically at many different angles. It's a handy size if you're looking for a portable makeup mirror that has three white 'temperatures' (white colors) that are all dimmable, although the metal frame and stand does mean it's a little heavier than plastic would be for air travel. It comes with a handy gray color drawstring bag to protect it, and a short USB A to USB C cord so you can recharge the built in battery, (but no AC mains adaptor),. There's also a random, adhesive backed, vinyl disk which is slightly magnetic, but I definitely wouldn't try attaching the mirror to a metal surface just with the magnetic disk. To turn on/off the white LED light around the edge of the mirror, or to change the color temperature of the white light, you just have to tap the circle on the mirror front as many time as necessary, and press & hold the same circle if you want to adjust the brightness. If I had to nit pick... The back panel is a bit flimsy and is not well attached to the frame, so the light can escape around the edge. I don't care about that, but if it want to improve the situation you could use a thin strip of white tape, like duct tape for example, to seal the gap. When I received the mirror for review (Dec 27, 2025) the price was only $11.99, and I think that's fairly good value.

LOVE this mirror! My bathroom lighting isn’t great, and smart bulbs are too fiddly when I'm in a rush, so having a dedicated makeup mirror I can set on the counter is perfect. Size: The 10"x12" size is a perfect medium—big enough to see your whole face and hair, but small enough to move around. Lighting: It has 12 dimmable LED bulbs with three color settings (Daylight, Natural, and the dreaded "Fluorescent" cool white that shows every pore). The brightest setting gets plenty bright enough for detail work. Adjustability: This is one of my favorite features—the frame rotates a full 360 degrees so I can angle it exactly how I need it. When I'm done, the stand folds up almost flat against the back (except for the bulbs) so it’s easy to slide into a drawer or pack away. Magnification: It comes with a small detachable magnifying mirror (I think it's 10x) that sticks to the glass—super handy when I need to bust out the tweezers. CRITICAL WARNING (The Charging Cord): It works great out of the box, but just know that you need your own power brick. The battery life is decent for one or two uses if I need to move it somewhere without an outlet, but I mostly use it plugged in. Here is the important part: I tried using a high-speed USB-C cord I had laying around, and it wouldn’t charge. I thought the mirror was broken! Thankfully, I dug out the cord that came in the box (USB-A to USB-C) and used an older standard USB wall plug, and it lit right up. These devices often don't recognize high-speed "C-to-C" chargers. So, DO NOT toss the included cord thinking you can use any old cable! I’m very happy I figured that out, because I use this mirror daily now!
