I absolutely LOVE this bra. I hate that it is no longer available in black. I ordered 40DDD and I can honestly say this is the best bra I have purchased - EVER! I am plus size and as a larger chested woman pushing 50, I have tried many brands and styles of bras and this one is my fave - hands down. It fits like a glove. The main areas that left me feeling the most supported are the sides (area pretty much where your breast starts on the side a couple of inches below the armpits) and at the top by your armpits/just below shoulders (the crease/fold when your arms are down on the front side of body). When reading other reviews, and realizing this, Bra run small, I Purchased a size up and it fits very well and is very comfortable. When it’s hot and I am sweaty, I still get a little discomfort in the front but overall this is a great bra. I love the fact that it does not have wires, and I can’t stand most bras. It's a decent bra for a decent price. However, the sizing is a bit odd, cup size is right and size I usually wear but the Band is tight even when on the loosest hooks. Also the straps while they are adjustable are not great for those of us that are long in the shoulder. However, I stretched it out a bit when I washed it so the jury is still out, but i am hopeful that it will do the job. Very soft material, the side panels do what they are supposed to do. But this bra is not for heavy breasted women. There is not enough front support, so the back rides up way too high which makes it quite uncomfortable. The bra was made well and is pretty. The cups are thick and shaped well.

It is the first one in a long time that I have tried, that allows me to wear a bra without a sports bra layered over it. If I was to make one quibble, it is that the straps should be wider. I love Vanity Fair bras but have one style I always buy and like. I thought I would try this one because I do get some overhang on the sides. THIS one seems great. I have not worn it out yet but I did try it on and it sure seems like it will work great.

In all honesty- I gained weight and I needed something larger but comfortable. Having one nice and soft bra from Vanity Fair I thought I'd buy another. I bought a 42C Vanity Fair bra in black because at 200 lbs I figured that's what my new size would be. It fits great! It's not scratchy or super tight.
