This is the quintessential dress slip - a staple for any closet. I ordered the 34 / 22 Length slip in damask neutral (basically nude color). If you are looking for something to pair with semi-sheer, white, or pastel colored dresses, the neutral is the way to go. As for sizing, the first number, ex: 34 is effectively your bra size (as mentioned by another reviewer) however it does not necessarily correspond to your actual under bust measurement. I am about 5'6" approx dress size 6 and measure 34 (at fullest part of bust w/ bra), 27 waist, 38 hips and this fit me perfectly - fitted up top and comfortable loose, but not baggy below the waist and hips. The 22 inch length hits above knee, but it is not "mini dress" short. I generally pair this with "tea" length dresses with full or a-line cut skirts and it is comfortable and does not ride up. Quality is decent for the price; the adjustable ribbon straps could be a little sturdier, but I'm not complaining. The only downside is that I fear the sizing may not work well for the slimmest of individuals - if you are a smaller busted size 4 or below, this slip will probably be too big for you as 34 is the smallest size option available. ... show more

Got this for my daughter she is 5'9.5" 132 lbs thin i needed it to hit her above the knee by an inch or so for her uniform. I did the 34 22 it has good range because of the adjustable straps. the only draw back is that the straps may slide that can be fixed with a bobby pin in a bind (nice little trick keep an extra two in your hair bun just in case) The quality is great and the feel is like silk but is the static resistant kind that will not grip your panty hose :) So I am happy. ... show more

I was really happy to find these as full slips are rare now-a-days. As mentioned the bust is slightly bigger (I’m a true 34 B) and it gapes slightly on sides but not enough to be noticeable with form fitting tops/dresses. The quality is actually quite nice as well, great fabric...but the straps...🤷🏼♀️🤔Why make such cheap straps? They don’t stay adjusted (clip is a joke) and strap actually broke after third wear and had to be sewn back together which made it permantly non adjustable. Besides that I’d still buy again because I like the feel when worn, it’s breathable and doesn’t trap heat and lastly that it doesn’t cling to your skin or get staticky under knits. I have several dresses I love but find the waist seam irritating. I thought "put on a slip" realized I didn't own a slip anymore...bought this one. It’s an ok slip, but the straps are TERRIBLE. The whole thing feel very cheap and isn’t very soft. The straps are thin ribbon and not even sewed to the adjuster, plus they barely hold in place. Slippers size 1x was really a medium. Looks like tag 1x sewn into a very small slip. For $23 and unreturnable I expected more from Vanity Fair. A real disappointment
