We used this instead of a heavy tile for budget reasons and ease of use. We were fixing up an older mobile home to live in temporarily and gutted the kitchen to completely redo it. This was so easy to stick on, and when it was on it would not come back off, it was incredibly sticky. I used a heavy duty box cutter to make cuts and that worked fine. The color was exactly as pictured and when we took it all the way up, the backsplash made the room look so much better. Everything lined up perfectly, I had to cut individual pieces out for one area where the wall was uneven. The size is exactly as advertised and I think I bought four boxes total for our whole project with half a box left over. We used a premixed white grout to go over it to finish, though it does have more of a matte finish that gives it away. Sealed seams with white caulk, and had no issues for the rest of the time we lived there. Hope this helps! ... show more

While these look nice, they’re not the easiest to install. They’re difficult to cut through. I tried multiple tools/knives/blades. Also, if your wall isn’t perfectly straight or you place one a mm off up or down, getting them to look straight is a challenge.

I was honestly shocked by how good this looks. The tiles are a great quality and our kitchen backsplash looks even better than I could have imagined. They are relatively easy to install, but it still takes work, especially for walls like ours that aren't perfectly straight. We mainly used a razor blade to cut them. I'm honestly so impressed with this peel and stick tile. I did use a little extra spray adhesive just to make sure everything stayed put, and so far it's held up perfectly. They do take a little care and patience to cut but it wasn't too difficult. The biggest stand out for me is how closely they resemble real tile, unlike other peel and stick options. Even without grout and borders, it already has elevated our kitchen space. I do plan to add these finishes touches, but it genuinely looks great as is. I installed these as a semi permanent solution, so I'm not sure about their removability. Overall they really exceeded my expectations and feels like a worthwhile upgrade. ... show more

These tile take patience do not rush the process. The adhesive is very strong. I love the look! This is a wonderful alternative to going full demo on the kitchen. I found that scarring the face of the tile with a box cutter was the easiest way to cut the tile. Once scored the tile will snap with a little pressure at the cut. The color looks elevated and the shape makes an interesting design. I am very pleased with the outcome. I bought 4 boxes to complete my project. I was Leary about this tile but it ended up being great! I added it behind my washer and dryer and it looks like real marble tile! Easy to cut and snap with an exacto knife. Also easy to install. It is very sticky so get it right the first time!

Easy to cut with utility knife-it mentions scissors, yeah no- tougher product than that. Very sticky! Once you slightly place a corner your committed. It’s not coming off the wall with out taking effort and material with it, destroying the tile in progress. Tile backing can stretch if over manipulated- careful. Note: if tile design has a dark backing and your wall is white- it will show. Suggest painting wall color of backing if your not going to grout- grouting isn’t required with this tile.
