This stuff’s a tad expensive, but in terms of flavor, melting, and using either in cake toppings or in decorating the stuff is just incredible. I even use them as in ultra simple and incredibly flavourful dessert. Plus, many folks who don’t tolerate dark chocolates find quality, white chocolate to be amenable.
