Chocolate Mocha Almond Butter Ingredients: 2 cups Anthony's Blanched Almond Flour 3 tablespoons Anthony's Organic Coconut Oil 4 tablespoons Anthony's Cocoa Powder 2 teaspoons Anthony's Instant Coffee 3 tablespoons Anthony's Erythritol 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon salt Instructions: In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Process until smooth and buttery, about 5-10 minutes. Prep time: 10 minutes Yield: 1 cup Protein Peanut Butter Cups Ingredients: Peanut Butter Layer ⅓ cup peanut butter ⅓ cup Anthony's Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, melted 2 tablespoons maple syrup 3 tablespoons Anthony’s Pea Protein Chocolate Layer ¼ cup Anthony's Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, melted 2 teaspoons maple syrup ¼ cup Anthony’s Cocoa Powder Instructions: Peanut Butter Layer In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and pea protein; mix well. Divide between 8-10 foil muffin liners. Freeze until set. Chocolate Layer In another bowl, combine the coconut oil, maple syrup, and cocoa powder; mix well. Divide between the muffin liners on top of the peanut butter layer. Freeze until set. Enjoy!
