Pros: -Rich, deep chocolate flavor — just right for baking, smoothies, or hot cocoa -Smooth, fine grind — blends effortlessly, no gritty bits -Clean and natural — nothing extra in it -Great value for the size — this 2-lb bag goes a long way. Other brands cost way more. -Less bitter than other unsweetened cacao's I've tried Cons (tiny nitpicks): -Because it’s natural/unalkalized, it’s a little more acidic than “Dutch-processed” cocoas -The bag is simple — a sturdier resealable container would be nice. The zip top doesn't work great. If you want a real, rich cocoa powder you can trust in recipes or as a drink mix, this is one of the best I’ve tried.
