I've used this perfume in the past, and I got busy exploring other scents for a couple of years but kept this one in the back of my mind. Recently, I finally ordered it again and I can't believe I waited this long!! It's elegant, feminine and quite sexy. It is not a very sweet scent, so if you're into that, I wouldn't really recommend it, but if you're looking for something stronger, dry but still delicate, you will love this.

My review needs some context...I smelled this scent on a friend of mine . It was absolutely heavenly--powdery soft and the very essence of femininity . I asked her what the perfume was, and rushed to compare online prices for the bottle. Amazon definitely had the best value , so I ordered it that very evening . I know that body chemistry influences how a perfume smells on any given person, so I can't be surprised, but I do not like the way it smells on me. HOWEVER, I get sooooooo many compliments when I do wear it! My husband loves it, and anyone close enough to get a whiff asks me, hypnotically, what perfume I'm wearing. I'm not sure how they're perceiving the smell, if it is soft like I perceived it on my friend or mildly repugnant like I perceive it on myself -- bottom line: buy it on amazon, but try it on yourself first at your local brick and mortar.

The first time that i heard about this perfume was because their advertising. Im weak with bath gels and a friend gave me for a present 2 bottles of this scent, when I tried it I definitely love it and bought the perfume. Its last longer than any other that I have and Im currently using 9 different perfums. Its floral but not too sweet, personally I feel it i can be wear day for the office or night on a romantic date.

Warm, spicy and sexy scent, nice even in Florida humidity, beautiful bottle with flower appliqué, soft pink box. I love it. Definitely very nice giftable.

I bought the 1.7 oz from Saks a couple of years ago and used it all up. Smells great but does not last long, even though it is eau de parfum and not eau de toilette. I prefer light floral fragrances, and this fits the bill. I still have the body lotion, which I also bought from Saks. Even though the smell does not last long, I liked the eau de parfum so much I bought it again, this time 2.7 oz. and this time from Amazon, since the price is so much lower than the MSRP. The 2.7 oz bottle from Amazon smells just like the eau de parfum and body lotion from Saks. The box/packaging looks authentic, so I don't think this is a counterfeit. As for the flowers on the bottle, the 2.7 oz bottle has only one flower; the 1.7 oz version has the bottle with three flowers. If Valentino were to make a longer-lasting version of this scent, I'd give it 5 stars.
