I bought this holder about a year ago, and I’m so impressed that with all of the jerking and tearing, it’s still holding strong. I will admit that I am very careful and I don’t have kids so I don’t put too much pressure on it, but I’m still very impressed that it’s still sticking to the cabinet. The only reason I bought this paper towel holder was because it had both screws and a strong adhesive option. I didn’t want to drill into my cabinets, so I just peeled the backing and stuck it in place — super easy. Just make sure you line it up exactly where you want it before pressing it down, because once it sticks, it really sticks. It’s not coming off easily if you place it wrong the first time. I was also nervous ordering “gold” because sometimes it can look too yellow or cheap, but this finish is a warm brushed tone and matches my champagne bronze hardware perfectly. Perfect for what I needed. Not heavy duty but it’s what I expected for the price. I wanted to use the screws in addition to the adhesive when mounting this. But the screws broke very easily.

SUPER sturdy. Like, know exactly where you want it because once you stick it on something, it’s not coming off. Perfect size for typical paper towel rolls, but I use mine for my reusable towel roll and it looks and works great!
