The pressure on this is good, and the variety of included cups is also good. I recommend watching some online tutorials to learn the different uses. This helped me understand the different ways to use the machine better.

I got this to see if I can get a bit larger with my breast size. I actually used something very similar to this ( but not near as powerful) about 10 years ago. And I did go from an A cup to a B cup which to this day I am still very happy about. Now granted I used it literally Everyday for 30 minutes and it took 6 months to a year before finally I got anything. The only reason I stopped was one of the suction cups cracked( and I had replaced it already) and I was starting to get stretch marks. And too,, my breast would not fit anymore as they were too big for the cups :)))) And that was the biggest cup they made. I am using the smallest cup this comes with and as B-cup there is plenty of room. So no worries with a C cup and bigger. So lets start with this device with what you get. There are three sized cups and yes the biggest one is definitely big enough for a butt cheek IMO. The little round white things are air filters that you would put in by unscrewing the silver air connection ( see my pic with it sitting on that). I am hard pressed to imagine you would need to replace the air filter unless you are in a very dusty area. This actually appears to be made for professional use as you can see by my pic for warranty info. And if it was being used in an office all day, every day,, then sure an air filter replacement every now and then. But for personal use I am hard pressed to think you would need one but keep them just in case. If you do notice it looses some air suction one day then it maybe time to replace an air filter and that's gonna be tricky as it's gonna require two pliers best I can figure. It also comes with two fuses ( told you it was powerful) that you would replace if need be by removing the black plug on the back of the machine ( if your machine does not turn on or just stops working one day then it's probably a fuse). Funny how the fuse looks super simple to replace while the air filter is challenging ! It comes with the plastic tubes for the air to travel through. And finally it comes with an instruction manual. It is useless but some very entertaining reading. I laughed quite a bit with some of the funny things it stated. I believe this manual is for another type of machine as it keeps mentioning a strength knob. There is only one knob and it's air pressure ! So since the manual is not going to help you here we go with how to do it. Ok to use it. As soon as I plugged mine in the wall, it came on. On the back I found a red button that looked like it should be lit up but mine does not, and anyway this turns the machine on and off. So VERY Important. Set the air pressure turned all the way to the left. Mine was turned all the way to the right and it was very fast very painful and could of been real bad but I quickly grabbed the air knob and went to the left and it let up thank gosh ! ( It would of been quicker to hit the pause button but I had not learned yet what that button was) Place the cups over your breast ( with the air inlet valves facing each other/ like in my pic of them on my floor ) and turn on the machine. Press down on the top of the cups to get them air tight and you may have to move the cups so there is no leaking air from gaps with your skin and plastic cups. These are lipped and feel comfortable so its pretty easy ! Turn the air pressure switch to the right to get a nice comfortable suction. There are three touch control buttons/screen. Like two eyes and a nose. The nose is a start or pause. The left eye is going to go, down a mode and you will start on mode 1 which is all the way down ( so it wont do anything as you cant go anymore down). This mode 1 is continuous steady air suction that stays the same. Use the right eye to go up to next mode (mode 2) which is air suction and release. Use right eye to go to next mode (3) which is more suction time and then release. And this increases all the way to mode 5. Just longer air suction times. If you are in mode 5 and press the left eye you will go down to mode 4. Press it again and you will go to mode 3. Pretty simple. The biggest temptation is going super strong on air suction hoping for fast results. I got stretch marks and a few spider veins by doing that on my old machine that was not near as powerful as this one. If it is painful while doing it, then you definitely have too much suction. If you are breast are painful afterwards then you did too much suction power. You can see on mode 1 which is nothing but steady suction that your breast will lift as much as they can and that's where you need to stop IMO. So how long should your session be ? I don't know ! My old machine was 30 minutes and it had a timer which I liked ( this machine does not have a timer) and my old machine turned off after 30 minutes. So that worked before with me and that's what I am doing with this one. Which mode works the best ? I don't know. My old machine had 30 modes (this one has 5) and one mode would do all of them randomly for a few minutes. So with this I am starting on mode 1 and about after 5 minutes I go to mode 2 then three etc. Will it make your butt bigger ? I don't know but these suction cups are huge enough to give it a try ! How long before I see results ? I don't know. It took me 6 months on my old machine. This to me is all 5 stars for the following reasons. This is pro no doubt about it ! My old one was cheap and always breaking. This one is made to last. I could not believe the weight it has to be so small. I actually think this looks very nice. I keep mine out by my night stand as it looks kinda pretty. The lipped cups are a huge plus as my old ones ( even with an adapter I ordered) hurt and dug into you ! This is quite comfortable when I am reading and I like with all the power it has how quickly it can go to full air suction and release then repeat. It's not that noisy like my old one. The cord is long. The plastic air tubes are long. I don't know if I'll get any fuller or bigger but this is very relaxing trying. I can already feel a difference in my breast and it's been such a short amount of time I've been using this. So that to me is a good sign ! Good luck and hope this was helpful.
