This bartender kit is pretty good for its price point; I love that it has just about every important tool needed when making cocktails. If only the kit included the organizer like what's depicted in one of the product photos--and yes I know it's not included with the product. Packaging could be a bit better...or maybe that's just the effect of using thinner stainless steel for the ice tongs--it was slightly bent, and I can see how someone could accicdentally deform these tongs a bit if they grip it a bit too firmly when grabbing ice. Anyways, only time will tell how well this kit holds up but for now at least I have the tools to create a proper cocktail.

This bartender kit performs its tasks well and looks stylish doing it. The material is sturdy and the cocktail shaker does not leak and is nice and large. The bottle stop has fit all of my bottles thus far and the pour spout did not leak. I didn't have any problems opening the shaker after it was cold from ice (a problem I've previously experienced). I used the muddler to muddle some apple and then strained the beverage through the strainer, which worked well. The cocktail recipe booklet is small but includes a lot of popular drinks. The ice tongs & mixing spoon I received in my kit were different than what was shown in the ad. but they work well and are sturdy, but I was disappointed that my mixing spoon didn't have the dual end garnish fork. I've used bartender tools before and these are top notch. My only complaint is that there is no indication whether or not this is dishwasher safe so I have been handwashing.

I’m a member of the Amazon Vine program, which means I get to choose some pretty cool products to try for free in exchange for honest reviews. That being said, here is my honest review for this bar tool set: For starters, let’s talk about the actual product you can expect to receive. I’m a longtime bartender, so I know a thing or two about a good setup and what constitutes a high quality mixology kit. Included in this product should be a 2 piece shaker (strainer lid and cylinder body), a separate flat strainer, a stirring spoon, a muddler, a jigger for measuring, a set of tongs, a pour spout, a wine key, and a wine stopper. Unfortunately, upon receiving the package, I was missing the wine key and jigger. Upsetting of course, but the items I did receive were of amazing quality and seemed extremely durable and visually stunning. I love the high shine and durable metal used to make these products. They would definitely hold up to the hardest days of bartending for me, and they’re all uniform in appearance, so it passes the test of what a beautiful mixology set should look like. Besides missing the pieces I should’ve received, I have little to no complaints about the product. I immediately used everything to test for performance flaws, and I was met with no issues. Had I received the full setup, this would have been an easy 5 stars for me. Don’t let that deter you from purchasing this set, because it may well could have been a one time error on the seller’s part. Overall, unbiased I would give this product a 10/10, assuming you receive the full list of items to be included.

Is this set pro-level? Somewhat! The pros typically do not use a top for the shaker, it's either another bottom or a clear glass inverted - but you are probably not a pro so using the top that comes with it is perfect. Well made and will last a long time. You also get a muddler (typically in a bar that will be a wooden one) but I like the stainless with the rubber bottom too. You'll use that for mojitos. The bottle opener is great and one you will have for a long time (very high quality). The stirring stick (also stainless) is very nice and well made, depending on the drink you'll be using it a lot. The strainer is a must-have a well-made as well, though I have seen more hefty ones this is perfect for in-home use. If you are not a "pro" bartender you'll need the jigger and it's very good for the job. The three items that were "thrown in" are the stopper, the pourer, and the tongs for ice. I never use tongs for ice and though they are extremely well made, the stopper I never use for anything, and the pourer (in a bar you have so many, this seems superfelous) is nice but you'll need more to go into all your bottles. If you do not make drinks every day then just stick to the tops or corks that come with your bottles. And they give you a recipe book which you should consider following until you are able to free pour. All in all a great set that would also make a nice gift.

I put this in a storage bag and brought it to many friend's house. Not only was I the hero of the party, but I was the party. I recommend putting a tip jar next to this kit, make that money!
