First, why make a product that is 17.75” wide, given that 18” is a standard width for a lot of not-car project applications (say for exactly 1.5’ x 5’ aluminum stock)? Second, and more annoying, the prime seller and the bar code label itself incorrectly specify that the material is 1.5’ (which is really, really close to 18”) wide. The detailed specifications did not disclose the precise, accurate dimensions. After the fact, and after a lot time, I found some listings that did correctly specify 17-3/4”, so other sellers could have gotten it right. Product looks great but needs to be installed in temps above 80 degrees due to type of adhesive used. To explain it is a heat activated adhesive meaning even with a heat gun if the temps are not warmer the product will not adhere properly during the cure stage. Put on wife vehicle but had a few rainy days after so unfortunately water seeped under vinyl. Reapplied on better day and the glue finally held down properly. I would still recommend but try to put on providing you have a few nice days ahead so it can set properly. ... show more

Product arrived at around 5.5’x5’ as oppose to the 6’x5’ it was supposed to be. There were drops of oil between the vinyl and backing, and the edges had areas that were separated from the backing. There was even a bug stuck between the vinyl and backing on one spot. So overall, poor quality control, leading to most of the vinyl being unusable. The vinyl that I was able to use looked good, and wasn’t terrible to work with. It did have a tendency to rip while cutting, even with a fresh blade. It’s now late December in upstate NY, meaning freezing temperatures. Many areas of the vinyl that was installed have been cracking and breaking off when it gets below freezing. The media could not be loaded. First time we wrapping anything. Love the finished result! Tired of the regular carbon look so the is one stood out. Really hope this brand continues to be innovative with the design and color choices. Would love to see more duo toned black wraps. Make sure to clean the surface you’re applying wrap to really well. Blow dryer worked for me but heat gun will heat a lot faster ... show more
