I read most of the reviews before deciding to buy this band. I read some that listed issues with breaking after 6 months, but since I see the same comments on almost every other similar watch band, I chose to disregard that and try the brand out. I also read about concerns with not having fine adjustment on the watch band size (you can only remove whole links). I decided to take a chance that my wrist will fit well with only link adjustments. Otherwise, I should have been able to return it at the amazon locker across the street from my work... Disclosure: This review is after having had it installed for only about 20 minutes. So, anything regarding longevity is only conjecture. Installation: Initial fit was perfect on the Galaxy 46mm. The curved end pieces fit near perfectly in the watch "connection point?" (what is this part of the watch called?). I did have a little trouble as on one side the pin just didn't quite want to go into the watch hole. I just had to keep pushing it and slightly wiggling it while pushing the pin into the hole until it finally popped in. Once it went in the fitment was perfect with no gap between the band and the watch. Since I mostly went with this band due to the review of the solid material connection pieces and the desire to close the gap between the band and the watch, I don't mind the slight struggle during installation to get tight fitment. The link remover tool worked well. The pin you twist in "wobbled" a little, so it was a bit finicky, but worked well and I could remove three links (I did one at a time) within just a few minutes. In my case, after removing three the fit was perfect. I did have a concern that without the fine adjustment holes it may be either too snug or too lose. Perhaps the link width is just small enough that it is sufficient for anyone, or I am just lucky that it fits appropriately. What I wish the manufacturer would do in lieu of having the fine adjustment holes is to make a couple links as 1.4x, 1.0x, 0.7x length. They could stagger the length as you get close to the clasp and doing so could allow you to remove longer or shorter lengths until you get just the right fit. Though I realize that even though this sounds good to me, others may not like having the resulting look of different sized links. Regarding longevity, I did notice when removing links that some pins were tighter and some were looser (less force to push out). I suspect that there may be a QC control issue with the thickness of the pins. As a result, over time the looser ones could tend to fall out and result in what some of the reviews have indicated. That being said, I am keeping all the pins for the links I removed to use as backups in case over time any pins do decide to fall out. I am also a bit concerned about how the metal will hold up to scratches, but I think that is going to be the nature of any metal band link this one. I like that the clasp plate is small and is only about the size of a single link. I have had band clasps before that are an inch long, and I just don't like that style. I also like the double button release on the clasp. I thought I was not going to like the additional weight from the band after having had the lightweight rubber band from Samsung. However, the weight around the wrist sort of balances the weight of the watch. Time will tell if I really like it better than a rubber band (comfort wise), but it is certainly not a problem like I thought it might be. Summary & Stars: I took one star off of durability for not having fine adjustment ability and the observation that some pins have fairly little resistance to being pushed out of the links. Since I haven't experienced any failure yet (again 20 minutes) and since it is fitting my wrist fine, I gave it 5 stars overall (for now). Overall, the initial experience is that it fits great, looks great, and seems to be built very solid other than mentioned. ... show more

Overall I'm satisfied. The watch was exactly what was advertised. It works great. Looks good. The interface is good and I love it. The charger on the other hand was garbage. Hasn't worked since I got it. Finally had to purchase another elsewhere. I mean I know it was a used product but thought it would all be working. Also, no manual at all. Nothing to show the set up or information about the watch. That would've been helpful and more effective than trial and error. But overall satisfied. ... show more

I purchased this band for my Samsung Gear S3 Frontier. While I like the overall aesthetics of the watch, I preferred to have a metal link watch band over the silicone one it came with. For the price, this band seemed to fit the bill, and had one difference other bands that fit the Frontier didn't seem to address, the curvature of the body where the band meets the actual watch. The OE watchband Samsung provides has a curved pin and band combo where the two meet. While the watch technically accepts universal bands, most come with a straight end where the pin goes in and the band fastens, leaving a small curved gap between the replacement band and watch. This replacement band had "clips" (their term) that addressed this issue and makes the band sit flush with the watch. While $25 was a more expensive than most of the bands that I saw on Amazon, it wasn't by much and seemed to have a unique feature that I felt would make a big difference. In addition, considering the price of the Frontier to begin with, cheaping out on a replacement band seemed like a bad idea. My first thought on the band when it arrived was that it was well packaged. I've purchased replacement bands from Amazon before for other watches, and often, they are just thrown in a plastic bag or something generic. While this packaging wasn't high end by any means, it was packaged decently and presentable, showing that they at least cared enough about their product to package it well. Inside it had replacement pins for the band, as well as two extras (I'm assuming in case they broke while trying to install), as well as tools necessary to remove links and insert the band into the watch. The Band itself was also wrapped in a clear silicone wrap inside the box to ensure there weren't any scratches. Overall, the band looked very nice and matches the tone quite well (dark gunmetal). My only complaint would be that the weight of band is on the lite side. They definitely didn't use thick stainless in making this band. You can't tell by looking at it, but you can tell wearing it. Also, this makes the watch slightly unbalanced when wearing it, since the top is so much heavier than the band. On other watches with matching stock metal link bands that I own, the bands compliment the weight of the watch better. However, this is a minor detail considering the price of the band. Once on the watch, I was immediately glad I spent the extra $5 on the band with the clips. The matching curvature of the band to the watch was money well spent and made a huge difference. It definitely looks like it came with the watch and V-Moro definitely spent attention to detail to ensure the clips matched up well with the watch itself. They are snug, so it takes a little finesse to get them on and matched up while also trying to insert the pins, but if you follow the directions and insert it at an angle with one pin in first, and then use the supplied tool to insert the other side, it goes in quickly with easy. The link removal tool was also very functional and I was able to adjust the band to my perfect size in just a few minutes. All in all, my only issue was the weight/heft, but overall, I'm very pleased with the look and quality of this band. I'll update with wear and tear over time as well as how the links hold up. I've attached pictures of the band on. They are quite zoomed in, so in everyday distance and use, it actually looks even better than the pictures. Take note that there is zero space between the clasp and the curve of the watch, and it fits just like bands on watches I own like a movado, citizen, wenger, etc. ... show more

I was surprised with the weight, feel and quality of this band. It fit my galaxy watch well but the pins wouldn't lock into place on one of the holes on each side. I ended up taking a rounded file and filed down some material in each of the tubes where the pins go, to allow the pins to line up where they need to, to be able to lock into place on my watch. About 30min of filing little at a time and test fitting, the band now locks perfectly on my watch with no gaps. Very happy with the outcome. Just wish I didn't have to do this to get it to fit perfectly. ... show more

I love the band "but" after connecting it to my watch I slightly bumped into a cabinet and one side of the watch disconnected and I luckily caught the watch. However, it was just a freak accident and reconnected it to the watch. I bent my wrist while carrying a patient's stretcher and it popped off again this time landing in the grass luckily. I don't have another band and need my watch for work purposes. So returning it without a replacement is not an option for me. Any help from the seller would be very much appreciated. ... show more
