This is my first camisole shelf bra set. I was worried it would be hard to put on but it was very stretchy which made it easier. Adjustable straps are perfect. Don’t get any without them! It was not loose fitting but it fit well around abdomen (I’m an “apple” shape) and hasn’t risen up all day. Plan to use after swimming since I find it hard to get a bra on after the pool. Good value. These are amazing shirts. The size is a little small. I normally wear 2x and purchased 5x and love the fit. Very comfortable and I don't feel self conscious about not wearing a bra. You can't tell I am not wearing one.

Wonderful fit- exactly what I was looking for.

These fit really well. They come down far enough to cover my stomach well. They also adjust really nicely. I love that it has a shelf bra. I purchased white and black. I haven’t tried the white yet, so I don’t know how thick the fabric is. Since I’m using them for layering, I will keep them regardless. The fabric is a nice weight- not too light- I would say light to medium weight. I do wonder how long they’ll last. I have some other I bought years ago from Walmart- and those were more stretchy and thicker fabric. They’ve lasted forever. These do have nice stretch too. I am 5’ tall, about 175 lbs, and my bra size is like 36DD. I typically wear things loose, so I wear either XL to 2XL in tops. I do recommend these and I will likely buy more!

Impressed. Great support for those larger up top women. Would have given it 5 starts but after a few washes it is starting to fade a bit, however, I will still continue to purchase. Looks well under a light jacked or open front blouse.

Tank is a great fit, shelf bra band too loose for support

I am currently on the hunt for some new sleep tanks, and am reviewing everything I have tried. I am currently 5’8”, 255 lbs, and wear a size 42F-G bra. On me, this tank by V For City in size 2X and 3X (added pics in both sizes for comparison) was a little too loose in the shelf bra. It would hold them, but the band moves around and flips and my chest could easily come out from under it, thus not providing support. Other than this issue, I liked them. Comfortable stretchy cotton fabric with the cool wider shoulder strap, an appropriate amount of adjustability to the straps, no irritating tags. I am not sure I love the large metal pieces that adjust the straps, but they seem sturdy. I would recommend this V For City tank for someone about my same height and size, who plans on wearing a bra underneath them. These would be my second choice of all the brands I tried but if I try it again I may try the 1X.

Bottom hem does not stretch with material

The bottom hem does not stretch as much as the material of the garment, so everything is great until you sit down and bend over and you need that stretch in the lower belly area. Basically the hem will break. That’s not good, considering that as soon as the hymn is gone – the garments not lasting very long. So this is basically a throwaway for wearing a few times until that hem seam pops. Big girls know what that means. The bottom of the garment is going to start unraveling.
