Haven't used the belts yet, as they are for a trip we are taking in October, but they look study and durable. That being said, it did not come with instructions to set the lock numbers. Gave it 4 stars because I had to come to Amazon to find out how to set the locks!

Heavy duty luggage straps for a budget price. These are probably not TSA approved so I will not reset the lock from the standard 000 so they can be opened if necessary.

These aren’t TSA. But if you still purchase them and want an easy way to set the combination: Without open the buckle, squeeze the side buttons. Keep the buttons depressed and spin the numbers to your combination. Release the buttons.

Used these for our Italy trip, they made it there but not back. The straps were pretty good but the buckles were plastic and not of great quality. They broke on the trip home so we only had one for each bag.
