Features

  • Super Large Circular Viewport UUQ EagleC28 is equipped with a 26X22MM circular lens, which offers a viewport area approximately 1.5 times larger than similar products. This larger viewport provides a better field of view, making it easier to quickly acquire targets and improve accuracy. With the same or even lower budget, it is certainly advisable to choose a larger lens.
  • Free Universal Red Dot Sight Mounting PlateUUQ EagleC28 Red Dot utilizes the RMR footprint. We have considered that many customers may not have a red dot mounting plate. Therefore, we have included a universal plate worth $20 in the package, which can be used for most gun models. Additionally, the included picatinny mount base is compatible with a 20mm universal rail.
  • Shake Awake FunctionUUQ EagleC28 features shake awake technology. The red dot automatically turns off after 4 minutes of inactivity. Any slight shake or touch will automatically turn the red dot back on and restore it to its previous brightness level. If not in use for an extended period, you can manually turn off the red dot by pressing and holding either the "+" or "-" button for 3 seconds.
  • Upper Battery CompartmentUUQ EagleC28 is equipped with a top-accessible battery compartment, which allows you to replace the battery without removing the red dot. Compared to side-opening battery compartments and bottom battery compartments, the fully enclosed circuit system and the smaller CR1632 battery provide better water resistance, anti-fogging, and shock resistance performance.
  • Low Power Consumption Technology and 10-Level Brightness AdjustmentThe 10-level brightness adjustment allows you to choose the most suitable brightness according to different lighting conditions. The low power consumption technology, combined with the shake wake-up function, enables continuous operation for over 50,000 hours at the lowest brightness setting.

  • Seems very well made
Have not had a chance to see how well it holds zero yet but everything else has been excellent for the price range. I'd dare say even better than the price range. Mounting was easy.

  • Budget SRO
5 stars for form, value and function as long as it keeps working and holds zero. Will update if it fails. I shoot USPSA Carry Optics and Limited Optics divisions, and own two Trijicon SROs, a Sig Romeo 3 Max, and a Holosun 407. I purchased this optic to mount on my Buckmark 22 for an inexpensive crosstrainer. This optic appears robust, but I have little faith in the durability of the electronics in budget optics mounted on pistol slides. This optic seems like a good option for a frame mounted 22 pistol/rifle. At first glance, it looks very similar to a Trijicon SRO with respect to size and overall design. The window is as wide as an SRO, but not quite as tall. The footprint, shroud, button placement, top loading battery, and overall aesthetic all scream SRO. The window size and overall dimensions are more like a large-window competition optic, and less like a low-profile carry optic like the RMR or Holosun 407/507. The larger window makes it faster to acquire and track the dot through recoil, but larger optics like this one tend to print more under clothing and are less durable when dropped. The 2 MOA dot looks much larger at medium to higher brightness settings. Functionally, it is similar to the 5 & 6 MOA dots preferred by most practical pistol competitors. The dot size and brightness are good for fast target acquisitions and speedy transitions inside 25 yards. The dot is perfectly round when viewed through my good eye, and blossoms into a bit of a blob when viewed through my eye that has astigmatism; same as all my other red dots. Shake awake works as expected. Nice feature at this price point. The optic is packaged in a small Pelican-style case, just like a Trijicon. It includes a spare battery and all the tools necessary for mounting, battery replacement and windage/elevation adjustment. I used the picatinny mount to fasten it to the Tactical Solutions sight rail on my Buckmark. The mount is a bit loose in the slots, so you'll want to push it snug forward before tightening to make sure it is centered and to keep it from shifting under recoil. I didn't do this the first time I mounted it and ran out of windage adjustment trying to zero; it was slightly crooked. All of the mounting screws came with blue Loctite applied at the factory. Nice. The optic comes with a functional rubberized dust cover. It is better quality than what came with my Romeo 3 Max. My Trijicon and Holosun optics did not come with dust covers. Overall, I'm impressed with the design and function of this optic at this price point. I wouldn't expect it to hold up to the 1,000+ rounds a month I put through my centerfire pistols , but I'm cautiously optimistic it will hold up to roughly 500 rounds a month of 22 LR. No issues after the first few hundred rounds. It looks sweet on my Buckmark and it works great. ... show more

  • Top Opening Battery Compartment and Crisp Dot
This is a well thought out Dot sight with an easy to see window with wide field of view. Although this may not be as feature rich as something like a Holosun, at around half the price, it doesn’t bother me that it has fewer features than the name brand competition. Pros: - The unit is made of a tough and durable aluminum construction throughout the housing. - It is very lightweight at 2.5-ounces with the battery installed with the picatinny mounting plate. - It is fairly easy to adjust for elevation and windage, but a flathead screwdriver is required to do so, and there are tactile clicks when making adjustments. - There are only two buttons for changing the dot’s settings. You must depress the up-arrow button for 2-seconds to turn it on. You then need to press either button each time to increase or decrease the illumination intensities. You can also turn it off from any brightness setting by pressing the minus button for 2-seconds. - The unit has a memory function, and that allows it to resume to the last brightness setting at which you used it when it turns back on. - The MOTAC “shake-Awake” feature works very well. To conserve battery power, after approximately four minutes if there is no motion, the unit will auto-turn off, but it will instantly come back on with the slightest of movement. Be aware that the unit must be turned on initially for this feature to work. - It has ten brightness settings, and on the brightest of days the highest setting is adequately bright. - With an IPX7 waterproof rating it not only can be used in the rain, but it can be accidentally submerged in water. It also has a shockproof rating of 1200Gs, so it can be knocked around a bit or dropped without too fear of breakage or failure. - It has a battery life rating of up to 50,000 hours (for the lowest setting). - The feature I am most appreciative of is that you don’t have to remove the sight from the firearm to replace the battery, which is often the case for non-brand name red dot sights. Cons: - For me, a 2-MOA dot is a rifle sized dot. For a pistol slide I prefer larger dots up to 5-MOA. I feel that this really is best for a long gun or use on an SBR. - There are no white dots or even lines at the rear of the sight that can act as a backup sight if mounted to a pistol slide in case the electronics fail. - Although you can access the battery compartment without removing the sight, the compartment is uneasily close to the lens, so if you are not careful, you could scratch or smudge the lens when changing out the battery. A hex wrench is also necessary to open the compartment. At least because the view window is further forward than other sights, you can insert the hex wrench the long way and nut just with the short arm. Despite my nitpicks, at half the price of comparable models from name brands, and you are getting a well-featured unit with several similar attributes to higher priced versions and at around one-hundred and twenty dollars, and because of the large viewing window, I consider it a good value. ... show more

  • Great optic. Great price.
I purchased two of these red dot sights and mounted them on my 9 mm and 22 pistol pistols. After 100 rounds on each of them, they held zero. No problems whatsoever. We’ll see what happens after more rounds but so far this is a great optic for a great price.
