Bought this as a Christmas present for my husband and he loves it. But recently, it stopped heating. The battery pack charges fine, but when the button is activated, it flashes red, white, blue and it just goes off and it won’t heat up. Also, intermittently, the lights will flash but won’t stay and heat up.

I really like this jacket in winter, kept me warm for at least a month until the battery pack stopped working. It’ll charge but won’t do the job. We bought two , one for my husband and another for myself. One works good the other battery doesn’t. I wish there’s a way to replace the battery without being charged again as those jackets were already very expensive.

Simple and easy to use. The vest looks very stylish as it as and I received compliments on the vest. The fact that it is a heated vest is event better. The battery was already half charged and after a few hours of charge, I was good to use. I like that it has a setting for low (white light), medium (blue light) and high (red light) so that I can set to what is comfortable. Most of the time I was good with low or medium when the body warms up but was good to have it start on high. The battery pack is nicely hidden in a small pocket that doesn't seem to get in the way and doesn't seem bulky at all. I'm overall happy with the purchase and expect this to be a regular use item in the winter months in Chicago!

This is my first Uupalee vest I have ordered. It was so good, I recommended it to a coworker who immediately bought one as well. He now swears by it and wears it everywhere. Then, when there was a problem (wasn't staying on), I was initially disappointed as there was only a Chat feature--I was worried I would not get a response. However, just have patience as there is a time lag in answering--but they do answer! The person on the other end was friendly and ever so helpful. Between the awesome vest and the unbeatable service--I can't say enough good about this vest. Buy it and buy it with confidence--you won't be sorry.
