This is my first Uupalee vest I have ordered. It was so good, I recommended it to a coworker who immediately bought one as well. He now swears by it and wears it everywhere. Then, when there was a problem (wasn't staying on), I was initially disappointed as there was only a Chat feature--I was worried I would not get a response. However, just have patience as there is a time lag in answering--but they do answer! The person on the other end was friendly and ever so helpful. Between the awesome vest and the unbeatable service--I can't say enough good about this vest. Buy it and buy it with confidence--you won't be sorry.

Simple and easy to use. The vest looks very stylish as it as and I received compliments on the vest. The fact that it is a heated vest is event better. The battery was already half charged and after a few hours of charge, I was good to use. I like that it has a setting for low (white light), medium (blue light) and high (red light) so that I can set to what is comfortable. Most of the time I was good with low or medium when the body warms up but was good to have it start on high. The battery pack is nicely hidden in a small pocket that doesn't seem to get in the way and doesn't seem bulky at all. I'm overall happy with the purchase and expect this to be a regular use item in the winter months in Chicago!

I used this vest while skiing. It kept me warm. It fits snug so the heat really stayed in the vest. The pocket to hold the battery took a minute to find. It's a small hidden pocket inside the normal pockets. It comes in a little carrying case with a handle and then inside the case there is another bag as well as a compartment for storing the battery and cords. The instructions are also printed on the inside of the vest which is something I haven't seen before. Thatโs very helpful so you don't have to save the instructions. I tried to show all that in the pictures. Very happy with my purchase.

Jacket fits well and is comfortable. Quality is a little less than desired, but overall functional. We bought two of them, one men's and one women's, she likes hers. I was not over impressed, mine does not stay on, keep having to turn it on as it "kicks" off.
