The velvet is super usueful for non-slip, so much so that its tough to get some clothes on the hanger! I love the notches on the end so I can hang up sleeveless dresses or more slippery items! These are slender and durable, and the hook at the top can swivel if you want to change the orientation of the clothing you put on it. Great for clothes that easily slide off a traditional hangar, but on the flip-side, a hoodie will stick to these hangars a little more than I like.

These are really nice and well built hangers. I like how the velvet keeps my clothes from slipping off. They are space saving so they help to fit more clothes on my rack.
