I bought these pillow cases for my sofa throw pillows. My throw pillows are 24x24 cotton alternative pillows that I bought here on Amazon. I bought these 20x20 waterproof pillow cases for my oversized pillows and putting them in the smaller case forces them to be more firm and conforming. putting a 4 inch bigger pillow in a small pillow case doesn't damage these cases, they are well made and the stitching holds a great nothing seems to give. So anybody that wants a firm pillow I strongly suggest you buy these 20x20 liners then by a 24x24 square pillow and put it in this liner. The later is super well made strong and can totally hold a bigger pillow. Buy these. Yes, they work. If you know you have spilled something on your pillow and get this protective layer off quickly, the protection will be virtually 100%. I have spilled some red wine on a pillow which was covered with this cover and let it sit all night and washed the pillow (and this case) the next day, and the red wine got through a little bit to the pillow, but not much. This brand is the best waterproof and comfortable (both) pillow cover I have ever purchased, and I raised 6 children, so I have a lot of experience with waterproof pillow and mattress covers! I purchased these in white first, and then in burgundy. The do go on-sale sometimes, so if you want to save a few dollars wait for a discount to pip-up to purchase.

Do not use on baby’s and toddlers because it has the potential to suffocate your child. I bought it for my little one in case of her peeing (diaper leakage/blowouts) the bed or pillow. But when I found out when I put my head in and I can’t breathe I stopped using it for her. Maybe the bamboo material without the plastic would be safer but not as effective. Overall it’s Soft/smooth enough, Good quality and looks nice. No shrinkage observed. I got white but turns cream coloured after some time. So far it seems durable (had it for only 6 months or so , so I can’t be sure on the durability) .

Got for camping so my pillows didnt get musty from condensation and theyre perfect for standard sized pillows. Zipper closure is great but not scratchy... they look like normal pillow cases and are soft. Color is the same as advertised
