This is a very nice comforter. It's not super thick where your extra warm at night. I think it perfect for summer. If you have a mattress pad on your bed the comforter will fit differently. It doesn't hang down as low but again that is because I have a 4" mattress pad. My only complaint is it didn't fluff up after the 48 hrs like it said. Literally only 1 square is fluffy. But for me that doesn't change how well it works. I would definitely purchase another one. ... show more

I don't spend a lot of money on comforters, primarily because I have both a 110-pound pit bull and a cat that sleep with my partner and I, and they have a tendency to damage comforters fairly quickly. I've had this comforter for a couple of months now, and it looks like brand new. First, the comforter is both soft and light weight, but still is warm to sleep under. It's also apparently fairly durable, with plenty of quilting to ensure that the internal padding doesn't shift or sag, even after washing and drying. This gets washed and dried every week, and I can see no signs of wear or degradation. I bought the King-sized version for our king size bed. The size is perfect for our needs, extending far enough down on all sides to cover the mattress without sweeping down to the floor. I would gladly buy another one of these... and I probably will just to have a spare on hand. Yes, I would definitely recommend this comforter to anyone looking for a warm, durable and cost-effective solution. It's not fancy, but it does its job well! UPDATE 12/28/2019: Since my original post, I have ordered and received this product in Navy Blue. Both comforters are holding up well, showing no signs of any deterioration, even after several wash and dry cycles. Still loving it! ... show more

It immediately tore at the seams. It's not true to color at all. It looks very washed out compared to the rich plum color advertised. Poor quality, poor value I don't know if I even read the description compared to what I typed into the search, but it's fiber filled with cheap material and the outside material feels cheap and scratchy too. Not soft. It's a decent lightweight, but the material trapped heat and I got night sweats. I got it for a good price, but even if it had not immediately torn I would return it. ... show more
