Updating my original review: So I contacted the company and they seamlessly fixed the issue. Within one email, they sent me out a replacement comforter. I haven’t even opened it yet but feel compelled to update from 2 stars to 4. It’s such a breath of fresh air when a company stands by their product. I really like the look and feel, so am glad I’ll be able to test another one. I will say, I purchased the king and it doesn’t fit our bed that well so I’ll be using it for our queen. Don’t know why it’s so hard to find a comforter that hangs down the side of the bed for a king. Other than that, it’s great. I really wanted to like this product, especially for the price but unfortunately there are string pulls all over the place. They aren't the kind you can gently pull off, they are attached and if I pull or cut them, they'll unravel the comforter. On top of that, there is stuffing coming out of some of the edges. The comforter feels soft and plush so pretty disappointed because I know if I keep it, it'll just fall apart in a month or two. Also like the way it looks. If you get a set that doesn't have this issue, I'm sure you'll really like it.

I bought the grey quatrefoil king comforter set because it seemed gender-neutral. The set came with 2 shams and a comforter. I got this for my son to fit a queen bed and he likes it for now, by the time he gets tired of the look, it will be time for a new set which is fine at this price. Overall I think it's a good value considering the price and I'm satisfied with it. Appearance and feel: I think it is a good-looking and super soft set for a guest room. Durability: I probably wouldn't buy it if it were for a main bedroom because it doesn't look like it would hold up over many washings and the fabric is thin. Color: This is a hard grey to match with other brands. It's a warm grey that stands out against the cool grey you find in most other brands. So make sure to get your sheets from the same company. Extras: This company doesn't sell extra sham sets, so unless you want to buy a new set you'll have to make do with 2, which is an odd number for a king set. Size: I saw the other reviews and bought a king set for a queen-size bed, however, the king is too short to cover the sides of the mattress on both sides. The bed is so close to a wall that it doesn't matter in my case, but it would probably be an issue for others.
