the pillows I got look nothing like the picture, they’re basic white pillows and they are much less fluffy and they dont have the grey/blue thing on the side, looks like a different product was sent

    • Cheap and misrepresented.
I was fairly excited about these pillows. Partly because of the price and partly because of the multitude of positive reviews I assumed that I was purchasing a nice set of pillows-- this was not the case. When the pillows arrived I opened them promptly and to my chagrin the pillows didn't "inflate" as I expected. I allowed them to sit for a couple of hours just in case and there was no improvement. Touching the pillows and squeezing them I noticed that the filling felt very cheap, even the cheapest pillow at Walmart offers more support and comfort to what I was touching (and for a fraction of the price). I was then surprised to see a 4 inch rip in the seam of one of the pillows. In the rip I could see that the pillow was just filled with pollyfill, something that I personally use for crafts and decorative pillows, I would never use it for comfort. That explained the lack of inflation and the "cheap" uncomfortable feel of these pillows. I can't personally see anyone enjoying these pillows. ... show more

    • OH MY GOODNESS YES for the NECK
I was in a car accident 4 yrs ago, rear ended. Never had a neck issue in my life other then the typical I slept wrong night we all have. Being in my 60s I thought after trying many pillow over the past 4 yrs I'd never find one where I'd not wake n hurt. Well behold here it is. The first nights sleep was good. Woke no pain. I thought ok its mental thought being positive as I am... LOL ... Been close to or a little longer than a month now since I've had this pillow. I'm still getting use to the soft texture of thinking it is not firm enough because of the poof/fluff. Let me tell you dont let that poof/fluff fool you. It has the firmness one may need and the softness for others needs. Its the most wonderful neck pillow I have ever spent my money on. I have spent lots of money on pillows in the search as many have I am sure. Got these pillows on sale and thought Ok let's spend some more money on pillows and wish. I LOVE this PILLOW...the pillow has taken away on night 1 my neck pain that almost brought tears to my eyes some mornings n most days. I now can get through a days work of chores around the house without having to stop for hours to rest my neck. I say THANK YOU TO Utopia Bedding Gusseted Pillow I will be ordering more for the spare bedrooms. Very soft pillows, definitely not "medium-firm" as they claim. Using the dryer fluffed them up ok but they're very soft. The blatantly misleading description deserves a 1 star.

    • Finally my Goldilocks pillow - just right
After buying multiple dozens of pillows over the years, I was almost ready to give up finding a pillow that worked for me. I am so glad I gave this pillow a try. I am a side sleeper who uses a CPAP and has a neck problem. This soft but not too soft pillow had finally helped me get a full good night’s sleep and no interference with my CPAP mask. Since a pillow is such a personnel thing for comfort, it is hard to say this one is for everyone. It you are looking for a firm or hard pillow, this is not for you, keep looking.     • helped to relieve my shoulder and neck pain
I was searching for a Canon pillow like one I previously purchased several years back at Sears or Belk. I've moved in to help take care of my aging parents and have a twin size bed, had to buy a new mattress, then that still didn't take away the pain of my neck and shoulders that plagued me each waking day. So, I ordered this pillow, a set of 2, but I'm only using one, the other is still in its compressed state. They come compressed of air, folded and upon my opening I was a bit taken back, but gave it a chance with some time and to my surprise the pillow works well for my symptoms.     • Side and Back sleeper - best pillow
I fall asleep on my side and wake up often on my back. I’ve slept for years on a pillo-pedic pillow and usually end up with a headache and tight muscles bc my neck is out of place and the chiropractor has to adjust it. Was at that point, and still a week or so out from going back to the chiropractor, when I switched to this pillow. It seems absurdly squishy and weirdly lumpy even after sending it through the dryer AND letting it “breathe” or whatever for 24 hours after unpacking but after the first night I woke up with no headache and my muscles were significantly less tense! I’m not at all sure how they make this pillow and it admittedly looks wonky compared to the sleek looking pillo-pedic but I’m looking forward to seeing how it holds up. The fact that my shoulders are less tense after just a few nights and I have no headache speaks volumes to me though. I can only hope that this pillow lasts for a good long time! I’ve only used it for a few days and so far I’m impressed. ... show more
