Holy cow these are soft! Baby blanket soft. Also you should know it's somewhat sheer (see through). I bought another one after receiving this one and making sure it was still as soft after a wash (It was)> I added a picture of the sheet covering my black/white stripe comforter cover to show how thin the sheet is (since people have asked)... update - I have two of these that I alternate each week so they get washed every other week since I bought them (purchased in March 2016 ) the stitching has come undone on one of them, bummer.......     • Cannot be polyester with hardcore wrinkles like this and therefore not a good video projector sheet.

I hate having the right negative reviews but It says 100% polyester on the tag and polyester is known to not hold wrinkles and when I got this and took it out of the package it was nothing but hardcore wrinkles that you could not get out, so I spent about 4 and a half hours with my iron trying to iron out all the wrinkles and then I washed it and hung it out to dry and I thought I got the wrinkles out but then I put it back in the bag and now I took it back out to use it as a canvas for my projector which was the whole purpose of buying it and what do I see? Hardcore wrinkles that will not go away. This cannot be polyester. ... show more

I bought this sheet to put down for a painting project with no intentions of ever using for sleeping. It is a basic sheet - I have no idea what the fabric is and it does not say on the tag either. It feels like polyester the kind that would make you sweat. I would not recommend this for sleeping but if you have projects that require cheap sheets this could be a good bet. ... show more

I was a little leery of this because it was so inexpensive but, I thought, what the heck? Try it! I'm glad I did. It was soft and smooth. But I wondered how it would fare in the laundry. I washed it with other sheets, dried it, and it came out very well. A few wrinkles, but nothing like my more expensive sheets that really should be ironed because they have so many deep wrinkles. Hate to admit this, but I bought the King Flat sheet to cover my expensive bedspread. I have two dogs that sneak into bed during the day and at night and their paws were snagging the bedspread not to mention dog hair everywhere. This sheet is great! The texture (brushed) almost hugs the bedspread and keeps it from slipping and sliding off. I'm really happy with this product. In fact, I just ordered a set of fitted sheets and a bed skirt also made by Utopia yesterday because I was so pleased by this flat sheet. The average review is accurate: super soft, but thin. The thickness of the flat sheet fabric is definitely noticeably thinner side compared to my other brands of fitted sheets. I would actually call the fabric "lightweight" rather than thin because after washing this several times already, I'm not worried that this sheet won't hold up for a long use. Also, I'm using this flat sheet as a top sheet so I'm glad it doesn't feel bulky or heavy. Instead, the fabric is soft and super cozy immediately after the first wash, it doesn't wrinkle at all, and the price is fantastic. My boyfriend can't sleep without a top sheet while I think they're stupid and prefer just a duvet cover. I thought to buy this twin-sized flat sheet for my queen-sized bed so he could still have a top sheet on his side, and I still have the direct duvet contact I need to sleep well.
