The media could not be loaded. love these boots, they’re true to size. cute for fall/winter. good grips on the bottom and can comfortably walk on carpet. not sure about breaking them in, i haven’t worn them for long, only about an hour.

My main reason for ordering the platform boots was the chunky heel. The boots surpassed my expectations. I love that the square front has the platform under, and I like the chunky heel making them very stable when walking. Ordering brown was a variation of my usual black boots, but I ordered them in brown because this shade of brown is darker, and it goes well with everything compared to a lighter brown shade. The material looks more like patent leather depending on the angle or how the light shines as it can be seen in my pictures. They look very sharp and elegant. When I walk the boots don't make a heel noise, is just a regular footstep noise and the sole has threads for more grip. I am a consistent size 7 and the size 7 fits great. I like the way the top of the boots fits my ankles, and the material is soft and moldable to the shape and movement of my legs. The purpose of these boots for me is to wear them all year round as where I live there is no snow, therefore I am wearing them with shorts and skirts, and I love the look. I have received complements wearing them.

I got these boots in size 7.5 which is my average fit and they fit as expected. I think these would look really good with a pair of wide legged jeans or wide legged black slacks... the square toe isn't something that is seen too often right now, but it super stylish and I got a lot of compliments. The zipper was smooth and didn't come down on its own. there wasn't a whole lot of padding on the sole, but I wasn't expecting there to be. they will need to be broken in, but they are definitely my new favorite boots!

These boots are great. I wore them for the first time with an unexpected long day on my feet. I was on my feet for a majority of a 13 hour day. They were comfortable ALL day until the last 2 hours, I am okay with that since it was the first time I wore them.
