I got this to do heat transfer vinyl printing for business shirts. I created the design then opened the image in this Cutters software program that they supply you with. It takes some finagling with for sure. Spent about 2-3 hrs just learning how to use it. It’s not super intuitive but there are videos they have on youtube that are super helpful. One issue I faced with this is that it took me many iterations to get the cutout right. i wasted alot of vinyl because of that. Mainly because you can’t really tell how it will come out but you learn the settings and hope you got it right. By now I’m a pro and i understand the product. It’s not the most elite cutter, but it’s not crap either. It does work. But you have to be patient and probably need skills at using software, especially design software like this.     • Cricut & Silhouette (unfortunately) is a better product
We used Cricut & Silhouette cutter for our growing Small Business but did not like the inconsistent cutting accuracy. We went with this USCutter MH365-MK2 thinking this would be great. NOPE! This machine has to be manually aligned and calibrate every time. There is no automatic calibration and no sensor for proper registration mark alignments. There are no calibration or alignment tools within the software included (VinylMaster 5.0) which match the actual cutter. Worst off is there are NO Instructional videos on how to properly align, calibrate, and print & cut contour images at all on the Company website or Youtube. The Contour Wizard never added contours around multiple images within the sheet. Every cut was way off and there is NO WAY to use this product with precision. We are returning the product after two(2) days of trying to work out work-arounds to no avail. We are going with a commercial Roland Cutter now. Do it right the first time. The USCutter MK365-MK2 and similar products are not recommended. ... show more

just finished painting my motorcycle and was looking at the prices for getting some decals done. online i was looking at 60 some odd bucks for 6 decals !! so i thought i'd look into getting a cutter for myself. was gonna get a cricket or cameo then i came across this u.s. cutter. delivery was early and set up time was nothing at all. had one small issue and a quick call to customer service had me fixed up in no time. pretty easy to use and so far i'm glad i bought it. so easy to grab images off the internet and cut it in no time. it really is a fun tool to have around. so far so good .................... ... show more

Awesome plotter..the software it comes with is easy to use especially if you want to do multiple layers of htv .it’s 14” but you can only cut 9.4” in width after that you won’t get an accurate cut .but you can rotate the design.
