The converter is exactly what I need to play Spotify in my car, which isn't Bluetooth compatible. With new phones coming out without headphones jacks for preference to Bluetooth iems and over the ear headphones, that makes my cell and vehicle incompatible without this device. I specifically love it because the split to aux and usbc allow me to listen to music and charge my phone at the same time using one USB c into the phone itself. The aux cord is plugged into the vehicle and I get my big booms. I noticed the converter wasn't in my car the other day and drove out of my way to the location I believed it would have fallen out of the car just to see if it was their. I'm so happy I did, because it was not only there but undamaged even tho it appeared to be ran over. If I couldn't have found it, you know I would have ordered a new one. Re: New iPad. I was sad to hear that you need to use your charging port for a headset. It uses a usb-c port for charging, and the same port is used for charging the iPad. (There is no round 3.5 port.). You would need to buy an adapter to listen to headphones. So if you are using your headphones the charging port would be tied up and vice versa. Initially I thought it didn't work, but you have to wait a full second for it to turn on. After that, it works great. There is a little feedback through the speakers if the phone is not connected, so I just turn the radio off or switch modes.

It actually works great. It's flexible, not bulky and light. Not the products fault, but, I really don't like that Samsung eliminated the hearing cable connection from the newer phone, thus having to purchase an additional piece of equipment. But I am grateful I was able to.

The sound quality, amazing! If you have trouble make sure the chord is plugged all the way in. It seems to struggle at first. The quality of it feels good as well. My one and only issue. The charging port, charges sooooo slow even with a fast charging battery pack, and chord. It turned my wh1000xm4's sound quality way better for game sense in CODM.
