This is the second one I've purchased. I keep one on my desk in the den to charge my portable USB power supplies, flashlight, spare cell phone, and tablet. The unit is on a smart receptacle that turns it on for a few hours each day. The display showing the charging voltage and current draw for each device allows me to fine-tune the "on" time so everything remains fully charged without keeping the units charging all the time. I also like that it sits on the desktop in a stable position without the possibility of a wall-wart coming unplugged from a receptacle.
