So what I did was I ended up going to my system settings >> phone info to find out model I had of the galaxy note 10+. I have model Galaxy Note SM-N975U. The board inside my phone says it was a SM-N976V, top right region shows NA/CHN. I had a constant issue saying I had moisture detection in my charging port and it drove me insane and could not get it to work solid even after trying all the tutorials in the book via google searches. Best I got was a low quality charger to trick it into charging for a while before it would go back to moisture detection again. I ended up buying this part and as easy as it was to purchase as it was to install, it worked like a friggin champ! No issues what-so-ever!! Instantly fixed my issue, charger worked immediately, and computer even recognized again and installed and I was able to access files again right away no problem. I was getting worried since my phone USB Port didn't want to hold my charger cable in and I found this replacement part. It worked with my note 10 plus 4G model T-Mobile service. Others had issues with there network not connecting but I did not have that problem. Just do some research and make sure your phone is close to what this board can handle. ... show more

My phone stopped receiving a charge through the port so I was only able to charge it wireless. I'm on the go a lot so I sometimes need to plug my phone into a battery bank so having to add the wireless pad with my phone and battery bank was starting to become a real hassle.     • Perfect replacement for my Note 10+
This was a perfect replacement for my "moisture-detected" usb c charging port that came with the phone originally. No tools were provided, but I had them already. Been using it for months and hasn't had a single problem, charging is fast and Samsung Dex works like a charm.
