I don't like to use wireless earbuds and prefer to just plug the corded ones in when needed. Of course, my new S22 doesn't have the 3.5mm aux port. This adapter worked great as an aux port and there was no decline in sound quality when I plugged in the USB-C cable into the adapter's side port to charge my phone at the same time. I still use the same wired earbuds that I used to use with my previous Galaxy phone that had an aux jack and couldn't detect any difference in sound quality when using this adapter. Even while moving around and adjusting the volume, the connections remained solid and there was no distortion or crackling. I wish phones still had the aux port, but I'm glad I found a nice-looking, solid, reasonably priced solution.

This is my third USB-C to audio jack, with my 1st two being Apple products. Those were tiny and a bit flimsy and I assumed I'd lose or break one. While I haven't yet I generally did not care for the build quality (and color) and they worked.....BUT there was a problem that I didn't forsee in that there was just the two ports (USB c and the Audio jack). There was no way to power my tablet or phone while using headphones. This adapter lets me plug in to power and use the headphones. Between that and a sturdier build quality, I'm rather pleased.

Works well listening to music but when I listen to audiobooks and a slower reading narrator pauses at the end of a sentence, it mutes and doesn't unmute fast enough so as to not cut off the first quarter of a second of the new sentence.

This cell phone adapter was a great find! It is small, compact, and provides good quality private listening. Its design is perfect for easy cell phone listening & charging, without the worry of damaging during use or storage. This adapter would work perfect for airplane travel or casual daily listening. We bought this because we have an older car that does not have bluetooth connectivity, so we would have to either charge the phone or play music, but not both (Galaxy S22 does not have a headphone jack). So, we have used this A LOT. The sound quality is good and it charges very well, not sure if it allows for "quick charging," but it does not seem to do so. Still, it charges great and we are very happy with this. Here is the best thing I can say about a product: I will buy more!

I don't get fast charging with this adapter and people aren't able to hear me very well when I try to use the microphone attached to my headphones. I can hear audio perfectly fine, however.

Solid feeling product. Connects easily to my Pixel 6 and I was able to plug in my earphone jack and charge my phone at the same time. I'm not sure if it's the product itself or the plug to my earphone jack, but I wish there was a stronger connection once plugged in. The earphones can easily get unplugged. I didn't realize this until I was trying to listen to sleep story and heard nothing and had to push in the plug a little more even though it was technically plugged in. I'm only using it while I sleep so it works for me. Edit: I decided to return the product since my headphone jack was coming lose just enough where it made really scratchy noises until I pushed it in more, which had to be a minuet space since it didn't feel like it moved. It is still a very solid feeling product. It just didn't work for me. 2nd Edit, 1/16/2023: The company reached out about my experience and offered a replacement to try out. This time the connector for the headphone jack seems much tighter and I didn't experience the issue of the scratchy noises from the loose jack. Kudos to the company's customer service too.

I do NOT recommend this item. The product that I received does not work at all. There is no sound and it gets hot to the touch almost immediately when plugged into the usb port of my phone. I tied it on a second device with the same result. Perhaps the one I received is from a bad batch, but clearly this manufacturer had quality control issues if they are shipping items that fail right out of the packaging. I will be returning it.
