I had the original Pixel 4 XL charger that I was using to charge my new Pixel 7 Pro. The charging overnight was not great using adaptive control because the old charger was a 18 watt charger and the way adaptive control works on the Google Pixel is that it charges to a certain threshold and then an hour before the next alarm, it charges the rest of the 20%. Well I was not able to charge all the way some times and I would need to charge throughout the day. I went online and found that the charging brick needed to be a minimum wattage of 30W which also includes PPS. This Anker charger fit the bill.....i also needed longer cables and the longer cables from Anker were cheap enough and as a set, I was able to get them all same day Prime delivery. Also, Anker is a brand that I have had good experiences with in the past. Now, I am able to adequately charge my phone at night and the adaptive charging works. ... show more

Solid plug. Charges my iPhone 13 Pro Max very quickly. I believe this plug outputs the max power that my phone can draw while charging, adding 1-2% per minute while using the phone. One thing I don’t see mentioned is that the prongs are offset from the center of the adapter, so you can flip it over in tight spots (unlike Apple plugs). It would be nice if they clicked in and out of place, as their smooth pivoting doesn’t feel incredibly strong. At the same time, though, I’d much rather step on one of these than an Apple plug. ... show more

I bought this hearing that new phones don't come with power bricks. I got it in conjunction with a Galaxy Z Fold5. So far it's been great. It charges decently fast, but depends on phone I suppose. Other power bricks might charge faster, but given the size of this charger I'm fine with 30W. About its size, it's a major plus that it's so small that I could take it with me should I need to. It has a small footprint too (ie not a wall hugger). So long as there's one open power outlet it'll fit, no bulky hanging power brick covering other outlets required. ... show more
