When I opened the box, the charging station was so lightweight. Two plugs available (one for USA and one for across the pond, UK). I take this to work with me as outlets are sparse and this takes up a little room but so many can charge their earbuds or phones without using all the outlets. It has been very useful and I am so happy I purchased it. I carry a ziploc bag for all the cords that I want plugged in to make it easier for transport. The charging station is about the size of my hand and maybe 2 inches thick and about as wide as my hand. (I have a large woman hand - usually buy men's gloves). The only issue I have but not worried about, is that when plugging and unplugging cords, sometimes the cord for the charger itself is dislodged enough to stop charging. DO not buy. I bought two devices for travel. One device had only three working USB-C port out of 5. The most powered USB-C PD20W port failed to work when charging a mac. It charged an iphone intermittently and only when the mac plug was taped to the charger. Flimsy. Second device was worse - of the (5) USB-C ports only two (2) worked and held plugs. It did not charge a mac NOR an iphone. I traveled with tapes making sure that plugs are attached to the charger, but even then, ports did not work. ... show more

This product is ok I am not greatly impressed with it. You really have to watch how you plug things in. It seems a bit finicky . Double check it to make sure you got it plug up right. Or you will find it wasn’t hooked up right and your phone didn’t charge( or what ever you had plugged in.)

To start when I went to plug in the power supply it felt cheap, like the plastic wasn't cut correctly and had sharp edges. Second, only one of the USB-C Ports work, and those feel loose too. I wouldn't recommend it.
