I needed to expand my 86 truck 12v dc 'cigarette lighter' socket from the current 2 USB plug-in adapter to one with USB-C as well. Went with this one has 2 of each. Feared it might be too tall to fit in the cubby-hole where the socket is located. It is not. It's very compact with the front face at 1-5/8 tall x 1-1/8 wide. x 1-1/8 long part out of the socket. The other surprise is the build quality. The case is solid as a rock. One piece cast hard, hard plastic that feel like it's cast metal. Not your typical thin cheap plastic. Would recommend this as it's one of the few with 2 each USB/USB-C socket and built like a tank. ... show more

This charger has 2 USB-A and 2 USB-c ports, which is perfect now that many devices now use USB-C. One thing I really like is that it doesn't stick out very far from the 12V connection in my car. I also like that the ports have a light around them so you can see where to plug in in the dark, yet they are not so bright that they distract you as a driver. No complaints about the charging capability, but the soft blue LED light ring is too bright in the darkness and it does distract my vision, being in my field of view all the time. I'm going to tape something over it to dim it.
