This product works well (which is the main thing) but it was poorly packaged for shipping. It is packaged in a soft cardboard box which for shipping was placed in a thin, unpadded plastic bag. It arrived crushed of course. Predictable!

I regularly clean my burr grinder but had missed and month without realizing it so when I used this product which was so simple to do it really made a difference. My daughter and I both noticed a real improvement in the flavor our espresso the next time we used our machine wick I'd the whole reason we go tti the trouble if pulling our own shots. Great product easy to use wonderful results. I do think ALL these kinds of cleaning tablets are over priced but it's across the board with every brand so because I need it I pay! ... show more

Does what it is supposed to do and does it well! An excellent way to clean the burrs of your coffee grinder. Although, I think these packets are overpriced. I would prefer a larger bottle of the loose tablets and not this box of individually wrapped doses. This seems a lot for only 3 doses. Bottles of tablets do exist but they seem to be sold out everywhere I have looked. I do recommend, them, if you love coffee and want to keep your burrs clean and in good shape. ... show more

    • Clean Grinder... Fresh Coffee... Good Morning!!!
I had never heard of Urnex before looking for a coffee maker cleaning kit. As i was doing that i happened to stumble across these guys. I use to just use my brush to clean out my grinder. Although the brush does get rid of most of the dust and fine particles you can still see residue from the oils of the coffee beans. After using a packet of this cleaner i was surprised at how much better my grinder looked. There was some dust left from the grinding of the cleaner beans but i just took my brush over that and it lookes like new. Great product! ... show more

    • Extremely Easy Way to Clean Coffee Grinders!
These worked exceptionally well at cleaning my Baratza burr coffee grinder. It was fast and easy. Per instructions, I ran about a cup of whole beans through after running the Urnex packet through and the grinder was good to go. All the old coffee debris was gone and my next pot of coffee was vastly improved! Hint: There will be a product white residue left after grinding the packet. Make sure to thoroughly wipe out and clean the Hopper container before adding fresh, expensive coffee beans of you choice. ... show more

    • Great product but over-priced?
It did a great job at removing oils and cleaning residue that causes off-taste. My only question is why it's priced at almost twice that of its sister product, Grindz by Urnex. I ordered the Grindz product and will compare it during next month's cleaning!
