I’ve been on a quest for the perfect hotel style sheets and I think I’ve found them! These are great because they look nice and feel nice. They have a nice weight to them but still breathe. They have deep pockets, but with a mattress topper they are the perfect taut fit. They are pretty stain resistant, I’ve been able to get every stain out. They are soft, but not flimsy feeling. My only complaint is that they are not wrinkle resistant, but I think that’s an issue with most cotton sheets. I spray them with downy wrinkle release and let it sit for like 20 min and the wrinkles are gone.

These sheets and pillow cases are the roughest scratchiest sheets I have ever slept on. They are nowhere close to a 1000 thread count as advertised. I washed the sheet set as per instructions. They felt rough when I was putting them on the bed, but decided to go ahead and try them out. I lasted about forty five minutes before I got up and put the old sheets back on. Sheets are sturdy and are fairly heavy weight wise. Pockets fit over mattress good. The are fairly wrinkle free. Other reviewers had said the same thing. Before buying read the lowest reviews. I ignored those reviews, you shouldn’t.

I could not be more thrilled with these sheets - I bought the red/burgundy ones to replace a similar set that had worn out. The color is rich and deep, with a slight sheen (which is why I love damask stripe sheets). The elastic on the bottom sheet fits snugly. But most of all, I am impressed with the quality of the fabric for the price. Although I was unable to follow the instructions to prevent initial stiffness to wash the sheets first with baking soda (I did) and add white vinegar to the rinse water (my machine locks the lid so I didn't), the sheets are silky soft and smooth - sliding into them is heavenly!

My only small note is that while they’re high-quality, they do wrinkle a bit after washing, and I expected them to be just slightly softer for the price.
