So I would have preferred the teal color, but that wasn’t available in king so I got the red as I wanted some color other than gray, black or white. The red is fine it’s just very red. Like a medium dark but bright red. I ordered the teal originally and didn’t realize that when I selected the color it changed the size to full. So I had to exchange. It fits the king bed and the king pillows great. The sheets don’t detach from the mattress or anything. It’s worth noting we do not have any sort of extra topper on the mattress though. It fits pretty snug so might not be for you if you have a thick foam topper. The fabric feels like nice cotton. Unfortunately our dog has medium to long hair that sticks to the sheets like a MFer. That’s a me problem though lol I know not everyone allows dogs in the bed. It’s just EVERYWHERE and we have other sheets where that isn’t as big a problem.

So the wife and I decided to be grown ups and buy real bed sheets and were hoping to find something on the hotel quality side of things but at an affordable price. The sheets are nice and soft but they definitely do not have the weight (thickness) as hotel sheets. I'm a hot sleeper and we did notice how much cooler they are compared to any micro fiber sheet we had. Being 100% cotton, these are going to be wrinkled which we can live with but when stretched out over the mattress and with our bed made, who noticed wrinkles (I guess we are still kids at heart). We bought a 800 thread from Kemberly to compare and you can feel the difference between the two ever so slightly. Crazily enough, the IKEA 200 thread count sheets fooled us as we bought the same color and when doing laundry we mixed up the pillow cases and bedsheets from the two sets. Still, we really like our first adult grown up, cost more than $30 bed sheets. They feel pretty soft to us and while it doesn't have hotel quality weight to them, they seem to be a good value for what you pay. If we paid more than $100 for these, i'd probably rate them to be a three star but for the price point, you get what you pay for.

I forgot what thick luxurious sheets felt like. I’ve had them on the bed for two months. They have not pilled thus far. They are color fast, having been washed several times. There is a difference.

I was really excited and pleased when the sheets arrived. I washed them and they came out pretty well. I love the light weight and feel of the sheets and the color was spot on what I wanted. I have the burgundy color and I wash them regularly. The color doesn’t fade at all. Here is my disappointment. I have a “deep” mattress that is 14 inches. The product detail says that the sheets fit easily over 16 inch mattress. I didn’t think there were any issues but the more I have washed them, they seem to be shrinking. I can barely get the fitted sheet to over the corners without help. And I am really frustrated with the top sheet. The width of the top sheet is so small that it cannot be tucked in on either side. I have been struggling and recovering from medical issues over the last couple of months so I wasn’t able to get them returned. I do love the touch and quality of the fabric. I wish they hadn’t cut corners on the overall size of both sheets

This is my first terrible review. In start, my item’s delivery date was pushed back every day for a week. The description says Egyptian Cotton and when I opened the package, they were hard as a rock and the package said 100 percent cotton. Those are 2 different materials entirely. Also, never once have I ever had to wash my new sheets in baking soda and vinegar like it said to do. However, the tag on the item said “wash on cold”. That’s it. I don’t understand how this item has as many stars as it does because, for the money, they are NOT 1000 thread count Egyptian Cotton.
