I am 5'8" 125lbs (36*25*36) and I ordered mediums. They fit a little roomier, which I expected, in the hip area but the waistband is fairly tight BECAUSE OF WHERE I WEAR THEM...I tend to wear my shorts/pants lower on my hips and not on my actual waist...if I put them up on my natural waist then the entire shorts are too big and plus that just isn't comfortable to me. (I was a teenager in the early 2000's LOL) I'd say if you intend on wearing these higher up on your natural waist, want a tighter fight and are thin; then probably size down. Overall great comfy shorts, with pockets!, for a very decent price. Love them!

I purchased these to use primarily for pajama shorts/lounging and working out at home. These are very comfortable and stylish. My only complaint is that the waist is a little too tight. I'm 5'8" and 125lbs, size small/4 in pants and yet I find myself stretching the string at the waist to make it the most loose it can be. Still tight. So I'd suggest maybe going a size larger.

These fit perfect, with nice deep pockets & a little stretchiness. They are short, but not too short. I bought the dark colors & they are quite nice & made well. I am 5’6” & 155 lbs. XL true to size I would say. Probably a Large would have worked also.

Let’s be honest… For some reason manufacturers think that women don’t need actual pockets. I was planning on using these as lounge shorts around the house, because I never expected to be able to fit my phone. To my wonderfully pleasant surprise, the pocket is ginormous. My iPhone 14 Pro, earbuds and keys all fit in my pocket. Yay! The waistband is tighter than I expected, so if you want super lounge, PJs style shorts, get at least one size up.
