EDIT 7/31/23: Still going strong after several uses this year. No holes, no issues. it was a good purchase. ----------------------------- I have two other SUP's. All cheaper under $200 like this one. I got this one because it came with the chair included. I have not tested the chair part yet but I did test the SUP and it works great. * only one fin is removable, the other two are fixed in place. I prefer all three removable for storage because I worry they will snap off, but so many come like this so I am not taking off stars for that * has everything needed to use, even a hand pump but I advise buying an electric one. Especially to deflate fully for storage. You'll never be able to get all the air out without one. Would take at least 15-20 minutes to fill manually and your arms will be so sore.... whereas it takes a few minutes with the electric pump. * You are supposed to inflate to one bar or 15 PSI. I find filling it up to half that works fine - maybe the gauge on my pump is faulty but it is plenty full way ahead of the recommended settings. Use your best judgment. ... show more

When it first arrived I was excited to use but saw the backpack wasn’t included. I reached out and they responded by the next day and sent out the backpack. After the first use I was concerned about a few things and reached out again. They responded within a few days and answered my concerns. The set up for the board was easy and it was extremely easy to use and steer. I’m very happy with this board though it is my first one so I don’t have alot to compare it to. ... show more

I was debating between this one a few others that were about $200 as well and I’m very pleased with this purchase. Purple is my favorite color! And my dog fits on it perfectly with me. She’s a calm dog and her nails don’t seem to do any damage to the board it’s very thick material. I received my board and everything worked fine on the fill up. It’s a beautiful board and had everything I wanted. I ordered this particular board especially because it came with a kayak setup. Unfortunately, the hand pump gauge doesn’t work and you cannot tell how mush PSI gets into the board. Second, within about 5 minutes of being in the board, one of the anchors for the kayak chair ripped out of my board. I can no longer use the kayak chair which is the exact reason why I bought this board. I thought it would be no problem to replace, but I have now contacted the company UpWell directly through their website AND through Amazon and I’ve heard no response. It’s been a week. I’ve hesitated on returning it because then I’d have to wrap up everything when I o my need two things addressed. I get the feeling that this company is mass producing cheap products and hoping no one will complain. I’m pretty disappointed in the malfunctioning products and the poor customer service. ... show more
