  • Great paddle board and customer service
Style: White and Black
I purchased 2 of these paddle boards for my kids and I to use. After about 4 uses (over 3 months), I noticed a leak in the seam of one of the boards due to bubbles in the water when I was out on a lake. I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement board within a week with all the accessories, with a prepaid shipping label to return the defective board. It was all handled very smoothly. I think it was an anomaly because I haven’t had any problems with the other board I purchased. Note: It’s important to take good care of your boards, rinse them off with fresh water when you get home, especially after saltwater paddles. Let them dry out before you repack them in the bags. I do find that closing the bags takes 2 people, so I wish the bags were a little bigger. ... show more

  • Great Reliable Board and AWESOME Customer Service
Style: White and Black
I bought 2 of these kayak/ paddle boards from Einstein Innovations and I LOVE THEM. I want to start by saying that the CUSTOMER SERVICE is GREAT and Jason was very helpful. I had an issue with air escaping from the valve and I sent an email to the seller letting them know about the problem. Jason emailed me back in hours with a simple fix for the issue (which was a quick tightening of the valve with a provided tool that came with the board). Now my board is as hard as stone and no more air is escaping anymore. If you are hesitant about buying an inflatable standup paddle board don’t be. This board is very hard, sturdy, and durable. It’s also wonderful because of the kayak aspect. If you want to learn to paddle board this is a great board to buy because you aren’t stuck to just paddle boarding. You’ll be able to have fun right away by sitting down and going for a paddle. The leash is really soft and comfortable around my ankle. The board has 3 fins, one is removable and two are permanent. The 9 D-rings are great for attaching your belongings like a water bottle or dry bag. The kayak seat is wide and comfortable with a zip up pouch attached to the back of the seat. The paddle is great and has all the parts needed for kayaking or paddle boarding. The pump is good and I was able to pump up the board in about 12-15 minutes but only to 11 psi. It was very hard to pump the air into the board at that point but it was still hard (I’m 5’6 and a woman). I ordered a 12 volt car pump with a stand up paddle board inflation nozzle (make sure the pump you buy has that specific nozzle/tip to attach to your board. Buy a marine pump). But an electric pump isn’t needed to use this board. Remember that 15 psi is the max not the absolute about of pressure needed. 11 psi will get you on the water. So, overall I would 100% recommend this board to my friends and family. I’m extremely happy with this seller and I think you will be too. ... show more

  • Drop stitching, at this price, is what sold me
Style: Blue/Turquoise
I've been on the water twice so far. Currently I can honestly say I am very pleased with this purchase. I had done extensive research before finally selecting this kayak/SUP. What really sold me is the construction, namely the drop stitching. This is what gives this SUP its strength and stability. Once inflating to the recommended PSI, this SUP is solid. It's very stable on the water. For the price and the construction, I feel this is a solid investment. Once finding the sweet spot for the seat and hooking into the D-rings, it gave a comfortable ride. Someone had complained about the foot bar and not allowing enough room, lengthwise, for tall individuals. I'm 5'2" and with the seat back almost to the furthest back setting, I had a little trouble reaching the foot bar. I would say the ideal length for others height would be 5'4"-5'10". Taller individuals would need to bend there knees some. Others weighing in on this would benefit taller folks greatly. Overall, I'm sold on this SUP and I don't think I will regret purchasing. ... show more

  • Great buy and excellent customer service
Style: Blue/Turquoise
This is the first SUP I've ever used so I can't compare it to other companies/models. Very easy to inflate with included pump (my kids were able to do most of until it got too hard for them to handle at the end). I have tried it out in both SUP and kayak mode. It is harder to maneuver than my sit on top kayak on turns, but tracks pretty well. My 11 and 9 year olds were able to handle it easily in both modes with siblings on board. I haven't tried it in wind or wavy conditions, but was happy with performance on flat water. One downside for me was the paddle. I felt like it was a bit heavy and also not a very efficient in kayak mode as compared to my Lifetime paddle from my SOT kayak. However, it was definitely functional and again, my kids were able to use it easily. Overall, very happy with the purchase. ... show more

  • Best investment I’ve ever made
Style: White and Black
I’m 5”11 155lbs, it takes me about 10 minutes to blow the board up with the pump it came with. I blow it up to 8psi and it holds myself, my 70lb black lab, my fishing gear, and a couple of beers just fine. If you don’t want water splashing your undercarriage I’d say blow it up a bit more but it’s pretty nice in the hot sun! 😂 taken it out 5 times in the week I’ve had it. Took it out on a lake at about 10,000ft yesterday and it was just majestic. The only suggestion I have is to make the paddles white, or neon. I lost mine while taking pictures in the middle of the lake. Wasn’t paying attention and it slid off the board when there were a few wakes. I thought it drowned but I figure they must make them to float. Right? So then I couldn’t see it if it was floating because it was all black and blended in with the choppy lake water under the evening sky. With a bright paddle, it would be noticeable and therefore be easier to save! Or maybe just don’t let the paddle slip off in the first place like me... ... show more

  • Exactly what I wanted
Style: White and Black
Got into paddleboarding in Hawaii 5 years ago. Wanted to try it locally but not break the bank. Plus I do a lot of kayaking. Didn't know a hybrid existed. Never heard of the company but the price was right in the middle plus a lot of 4-5 star reviews. Big plus...unlike my inflatable kayak, when you deflate this paddleboard, it actually FITS in its bag. Only minus is it takes forever to inflate. Finally started using my air compressor to get it 80% full. (Yes, I know it says don't use.) Then I go the rest of the way with the manual pump. Stability? On flat water no problem. On lakes with actual waves...problem. But I am a BEGINNER paddleboarder so take that with a grain of salt. Kayak? It's probably no worse than my kayak ... show more
