I had to replace an old battery a while back. This worked great! Plenty of power and range and easy enough to install. I did recently have a small issue with the charger (just damage over time). The 25ah with grade-a cells. To get the negative out of the way, there is no usb port. I don’t need it, but it did indicate that there would be one. In what I have to compare to, which was an Upp 20ah 30a, this thing packs an extra 20+ miles, with more zip. I’m on the heavier end (240). This took me 50 hilly miles on my first run, with a little bit of life to spare. I built a single speed, out of an old mt bike, that I fitted with a bafang mid drive. I did have a whole 8-speed cassette but the torque of the motor just chewed them up. I replaced at least 10 of them over a few years. Have had the one rear cog running for a year with no issues and barely any wear. The downside to that is, I have middle of the road top end speed and less ability to climb really steep hills on the other end. If I had my 8 speed and this battery, I could probably get through the Rockies. One other thing that I noticed is that it seemed to be a longer charge time than stated in info. Maybe 8 hours to full. The charger box gets fairly hot as well. The performance and stability of the actual battery, which was 95% of my concern, is really high quality. Range and speed with more initial torque. The build of it is very sturdy and sealed as well. I get much less shaking over rough terrain than with my previous upp battery. I feel that you could adapt this battery for use with any bike by hard wiring it. This was plug and play for me with the xt90 connector already attached. I have only taken one ride so far, so longevity pending. So far, good report.

Works great! Great customer service! Update after 4 months this battery has saved me many times! It almost doubled my apex 50s range. I got a switch with a 3 way molex. It's 60 amp switch and fit in the box where pedals connect. I put the battery ontop of foam inside the bikes back rack bag that came with the bike, and it fits perfect I just used the foam that the battery shipped with. I turn off bike switch off main battery then switch on backup battery. Then I just turn bike back on to a full battery. I charge them separate. Would recommend for ebike upgrade. Only thing to keep a check on is screws that connect the rack periodically as I did lose one over time, which I don't blame the battery for it is from its added weight though.

I sold one of my ebikes along with my 17.5 amp hour battery, and took the opportunity to upgrade my range by picking up this 20 amp hour battery. The cases of the two batteries are exactly the same size and configuration, so the proof would be in the riding. Today I rode 32 miles, much of it into a stiff wind, and when I was done, my battery showed about 70%. This is an improvement over my 17 ah battery, where I would typically be closer to 55 to 60% after 30 miles. So it definitely seems to have more range, which is a good thing. The only caveat (and it tripped me up until I figured it out) is that the red "Power" switch on the battery is installed backward from every other Hailong battery I've owned. When I got it, I turned it on (which was really "off") and my bike wouldn't power up. I thought the battery was dead because I had turned it on (I though). On a whim I looked at the switch and realized the OTHER side was labeled "ON", and when I flipped it that direction, everything worked as it should.

Purchase "52V 20Ah 50-2000W(Grade A Cell)" to replace battery on Zooz UU750 (2nd and 3rd gen bike). Fitment is extremely tight but it will fit.

This battery is amazing, I originally had a 48v and would go about 2 hours and have half the battery gone. I switched to this monster a 52v 24ah and this thing is powerful, I drove for about 4 hours so far and still on 5 bars full. I also got 10mph more from my bike. Strong battery and super quick shipping, ordered it on a Saturday and received it on Thursday.
