Ways to improve: 1) the key to open the case takes several tries 2) no clear instructions on what goes in the bottle, oil concentrate or a mixture of water and oil…. 3) definition of different grades…is grade 1 most potent or least potent?

This was my first oil diffuser so I didn’t know what to expect. This thing is noisy and spat out a thick mist that landed on my hardwood floors. It made the floor sticky and when I tried to wipe it off, the top layer of my floor came off. At that point, it was about 5 feet off the ground at that point. Thinking I did something wrong, I moved to a coffee table where it then ruined the finish on my table and ruined a lamp shade nearby. I returned it and ordered one for a well known name. The name brand one is silent and mist is much finer, it has not ruined anything and scent permeates my entire downstairs. After experiencing a quality diffuser, I can certifiably say this one is the biggest piece of junk.

I like that the diffrent color light mode, it diffuses oil which smell up a room,i dont like that it get sticky and nessy and it stopped working after 2years

Very easy to setup. Came with multiple options to mount to the wall which was great. The Bluetooth option is a nice feature also to manage the frequency of the spray. I’m happy with my purchase.

This cold air essential oil diffuser is very small and compacted. I like that it can either be powered by a USBC cable or a D battery. The app was easy to set up. The installation is very easy, using the key provided opens up to reveal the essential oil container and the location to toggle battery or power. Wall mounting is very easy because it comes with a bracket panel that will secure to the wall, which will allow the device to hook or unhook with ease so replenishing the essential oil will take minutes. We are using this at our office so having the lock on it helps make sure we maintain the right scent for our clients. Another thing about this diffuser is that it is not always running like others I've used it runs in cycles to make sure the room isn't overly concentrated in smell. The provided 4oz bottle of essential oil called Miracle reminds me of a morning fresh scent similar to Febreze. All in all this cold air diffuser is great for your home space or office because it doesn't require water!

I don’t normally write reviews but I’m a little bummed. It’s “just okay”. The smell doesn’t last long and it’s loud. Definitely not a “discrete” product. I have this in our downstairs living room and You can hear the scent release mechanism from upstairs in the kitchen. The other bummer is it doesn’t have a sturdy base to sit on. Seems like it is only designed to be mounted. I had ours sitting on a shelf and somehow it was knocked over and the liquid spilled everywhere. Lesson learned to keep up high with kids if not wall mounting.
