I rarely write reviews, but I genuinely love this product! I have actually used it on everyone in our whole house! ;) Trimming my eyebrows has always been such a pain. I usually combed them up straight up, then used angled scissors to attempt cutting along the natural curve of my eyebrow. Then, I would to go back and snip the ends to shorten them. So I almost always ended up with eyebrows of two different lengths, long hairs on the bottom and nearly nonexistent hairs on the ends! It had never occurred to me to buy something that actually was made for this until I saw this product! I won’t lie, I was skeptical. But when I opened the box and saw the care put into the packaging and the beautiful little box; I started to get excited! The box comes with the dual sided razor, a trimming attachment, and an extra blade. While it comes with directions, it could not be more intuitive. ((FYI, it doesn’t come with a battery so you need to have a AAA on hand.)) The razor itself has two sides (without the trimming attachment): one with a longer blade for shaving the fuzz off of the flat areas like above your eyebrows and a tiny blade for the detail work that you typically need tweezers for. The smaller blade is so precise you can shape your brows with it!! That small blade has been my best friend recently. I love makeup, so I always shave off the tiny fuzzies that are on my face for a truly blank canvas. The tiny blade is amazing for getting those hard to reach areas like right under your nose or between your eyebrows. I even used it to trim the hairs around my ears (I have a pixie cut so I am constantly grooming around the hairline). I use the longer blade to get the larger areas of fuzz on my face. Now, the trimming attachment: Super easy to attach as it just slides onto the razor. It has two sides, one that will cut shorter and one that allows for a longer length. I recommend starting with the long side, or your brows may be shorter than you want. The first pass (from the outside of your eyebrow toward the nose) did get some of the hairs, but I learned there is an art to it. When you use the trimmer, make sure to go slowly and pay attention to ensure your eyebrow hairs are being picked up by the trimming head. My hairs are blond, so it’s not as easy for me to see! Once you have the right angle, keep combing through until everything is evenly cut. It really only took me three passes, but I wasn’t paying attention the first time. Then you can use the shorter side of the trimming attachment to just get the outside of your eyebrows to give them a more polished look. Cleaning it takes nothing. I just used a damp paper towel and wiped off the blades. I ran the trimming attachment through water and let it dry. I have had this trimmer a week and have trimmed the eyebrows of over four people and used it to completely shape the eyebrows of a friend. The blade doesn’t seem to have worn out at all. I absolutely recommend this product to simplify the dreaded eyebrow trimming process!

I received my new trimmer today – I didn’t know what to expect because a similar looking one from the store didn’t last even a month. After seeing the reviews, I purchased the Funstant trimmer and had to try it right away. It’s compact - because who has the room for bulky, man-like trimmers! It fits in the palm of my hand, which also contributes to its ease of use. I can actually see the area I’m trimming! While I plan to use it only as an eyebrow trimmer, I imagine that this size and design would make bikini line trimming much easier, allowing for access to hard-to-reach areas. One of my big qualms with my old trimmer was that it didn’t trim – it pulled (Ouch!). So that’s what I wanted to test first: this little trimmer actually cuts the hair. It does it so gently that I had to check if any hair is coming off! The comb attachment allows you to control the length of the hair, and you can bring your eyebrows back to perfect shape within a minute! It comes with a blade already attached, an extra one, the comb attachment, and a cap to keep it clean and away from dust. I even like the box it came in – it can be easily stored in it, and it fits even in small purses. There are directions for use, and even though it’s super easy, I appreciate having directions accompanied by pictures! There’s even troubleshooting! It doesn’t come with a little brush to clean the blades after use, but just blowing on it does the trick. The product description and the mini- instruction manual clearly mention that the needed battery (AAA) is not included, so I was ready! Even on such a small product, the battery compartment was clearly labeled so there was no wondering where and which way the battery goes. Overall, this is just what I need in a trimmer (at a great price too): it’s small and does the job quickly and effectively!

First of all, the packaging was really cute and neat. I love the slim design of the trimmer a lot because it’s easy to hold and control. The cap adds to that stylish feel and keeps the blade clean and extra safe by hiding them. I tried taking it apart to see how that works. It’s pretty easy. Just push the small nob down (right under the blades) and half of the head with the blade will pop off. The instructions in the operating instruction sheet was easy to understand with figures. From a functional perspective, it works perfectly! It cuts well, haven’t had any trouble with it being dull or painful. I have been using it for my eyebrows mostly. I use the trimming comb for overall length, and it cuts nice and evenly. The small side without the comb gets little hairs that are hard to get with the long side/with the comb. I appreciate getting an extra blade for exchange because this can save me money instead of having to buy a whole new one when the blade naturally wears out. It says for optimal performance to lubricate the blade with sewing machine oil twice a year, so I plan to do that. I think this product is incredibly reasonable for its accessories and overall high quality. The long side of the trimming comb is on the longer end compared to other products, so I suppose you can say it gives you a more natural length, which I like. I took off one star because there were two grayish spots on it, but it doesn’t bother me that much. It says in the description as well, but it does not come with a battery. It may be easy to miss, so make sure you have a AAA battery if you want to use it right away. Overall, I’m having a great experience with this product!
