UPDATE: After trying the scooter for 5 minutes at Christmas, we put it away for better weather. Today the battery doesn’t charge (light stays green) and system doesn’t turn on at all. After contacting the seller, they immediately sent me a new scooter which, so far, is working great. So customer service was excellent. I do have to return the broken one, which is a little heavy for an elderly person, not to mention packing it up and dropping it off. I’ll do an update after summer when I see how long the second one lasts after more than a day of usage. After being used all summer, it worked great and battery charge lasts a long time. We had issues within days of purchasing scooters. I did get replacements but they are now saying they don’t have parts in stock to fix the issues we are having on the new units! I would think twice about purchasing they will not last! They are not durable!
