I ordered this as a spare in case my main trailer jack fails, but I installed it temporarily to test it on a tow trailer. The carbon steel body feels solid, the foot pad is wide and stable, and the housing has a clean, weather-sealed finish. When handling it, I noticed the jack is fairly heavy, which made lining it up take a little effort but also gave it a sturdy feel once mounted. During testing, it lifted smoothly without jerking, and the motor sounded steady under load. The remote responded quickly, which was helpful when standing off to the side instead of right at the tongue. Carbon steel adds strength for lifting heavier trailers, but the weight does make removal less convenient if you plan to swap it often. Everything functioned as expected during use, though it’s bulkier than a basic manual jack. The reliable performance and solid construction explain the overall evaluation, even if it’s more than I strictly needed for a backup. Installation was as expected, I did need help with that. Speed wasn't super fast, but it was the same as my current HF jack. Overall value is fair, especially with remote controls! The remote control was pretty amazing to have and a nice touch. It took me about 45 minutes to set this jack up on my travel trailer and here we are, works fantastic. It comes with 2 key fobs which makes whole life easier to control from distance. Besides, it comes with cover which covers up this jack from anything. Another thing I like is the control panel which functions very well even if it's wet. I just have a suggestion which I hope the base side was a little wider for more stability.

This electric trailer jack is pretty versatile as it comes with two operational remote controls. This allows me to get my head down at hitch level to see the actual clearance I have to clear the hitch ball. The jack also has a built in level which lets you know when the trailer is level. At 7500 pound capacity it is well within the tongue weight of my 25' trailer. Installation was pretty straightforward for me as it attached the same way as the older outgoing electric jack. This comes with a weather cover and seems to have more power than my previous jack. Overall very satisfied with this jack and expect it will be durable for years to come.

The media could not be loaded. Very nice electric trailer jack. I replaced a hard to crank manual jack on our 21ft enclosed trailer. I haven't gotten the box to install the battery yet, but I used a spare car battery to test it after installation. Works great. Comes with a cover and remotes. Don't think I'll ever use the remotes, but it comes with them. Parts all seem heavy duty and built well.

This electric jack is used to raise and lower the front of the trailer when hitching and unhitching, and the remote makes it even more convenient. This remotely controlled electric jack is a fantastic trailer upgrade over a manual-crank jack. My trailers have always had hand-crank jacks, but switching to this electric model saves time and energy. It’s a heavy, well-built piece of equipment that is plenty powerful for my son’s car hauler. Installation is easy—just three bolts attach it to the tongue and two wires to the battery. The motor is quick and strong, and has two sets of control buttons on the jack itself: one for a full "auto" lift and descent and another for precise adjustments in either direction. The height range is excellent, especially since you can pull a pin to extend the foot an extra five inches. It also comes with a remote so you can level the trailer while eyeballing it from the side. The remote has up and down buttons with a button to stop the motor. It doesn’t have the full control capability of the jack-mounted control panel. Added features help set it apart. There’s a bright light for night work, a bubble level on top, and it includes the necessary manual crank handle in case you lose power. If you’re looking to move away from hand-cranking heavy trailers, this is a great, reliable choice.
