I didn't use the product yet since I'm traveling this summer. So far, seems like a correct product. I probably have to add some extra cushion just in case. We'll see. Delivery came before time. Thank you!

I received only 3 in the package & didn't discover it until I was on vacation and 1/3 I received has a hole in it near the zip top. Also, not so easy to use as the bubble wrap inside squashes down bc not attached to the sides. I will try to remember to post an update as to how effective they were when I return home. Update: I borrowed 1 from my mom who bought the same but hers were all there & all fine. All 4 bottles I packed with the wings (plus 2 in a hard shell traveler) did arrive intact. When I got home every 1 of the wings I bought came apart upon removing the bottles; certainly not reusable. The 1 I borrowed from my mom appears to still be usable and intact. It seems that I have very unluckily received a defective order. However, my mom's was just fine. As a result I have amended my review to 4 stars as I cannot deny that even the defective ones did get my bottles home safe. However, because I won't know if I will get the good ones or not, and if I fly a lot, I don't think I could justify spending that much each time I want to fly and bring home wine (this is why I only added 1 star more). ... show more

I just ordered two more packages of Wine Wings to give as gifts for Christmas. We have used ours on multiple trips and keep them inside our favorite luggage so we don't forget them.     • Wonderful Customer Service AND Product!
I ordered the wings and they came in two days as promised. We took one out of the package and tested it to see if it would close properly around the wine bottle we were taking on a trip to Greece. It did and we set aside the package until we were leaving. I was so impressed, I ordered another set for my children who will be traveling with us on a later trip. Unfortunately, the day we were leaving, we pulled out the package and discovered there weren't but three wine wings--not four as we had anticipated. On the way to the airport I dashed off a note to the seller and quickly received a reply that they would be sending us another set. SO IMPRESSIVE! When we returned a few weeks later, however, no additional wine wings had arrived. I replied to the original email promise and another quick response told me that they had sent them to my children. A quick check with them and there it was! We will keep these wings in our travel bags always. They are lightweight but protect extremely well. We also used them to carry a delicate glass purchase on the return trip home. What a great product AND fantastic customer service. HIGHLY recommend! Side note: you do have to be certain to close the zip lock part well. It would be helpful (as another customer noted) if the strips were different colors so you know that it absolutely IS closed.     • Wine made it safely in soft-sided bag!
Bottle of wine & bottle of cachaca made it from US to Madagascar (via Paris cdg) safely in my checked soft-sided luggage! Easy to use and pack without special efforts. Bags are good to go for another trip!
