This is not a large blanket and was exactly what we needed for our toddler to cuddle with at night. It is very soft and has done great with multiple washes. Wouldn't recommend if you need a blanket to cover them or an infant for safety, but great for a lovey and helped get us past pacifier whining.

Bought a new cloth recliner recently and wanted to protect the seat from sweat when sitting in shorts during summer months. Rather than buy material & make something or fold up bigger throws, this is just the right size to tuck under the back cushion, cover the seat and hang over the edge of the seat to protect against sweat on back of knees. While the material is very soft, the texture is just the thing to create air space, thus acting like an insulator & controls temp. to be same as body temperature, thereby preventing sweating.
