I work in an office where it's not a suit and tie requirement, but business casual. This shirt caught my eye because it has a collar that's zippered. The material is dressy enough yet casual and comfortable. The material is soft, not being too thick or thin. It's pretty breathable and isn't itchy against my skin. The color I chose makes this easy to match with a variety of different colored bottoms. The zipper is decent quality and doesn't get caught while zipping/unzipping. I normally wear a large or extra large, and was initially concerned this wouldn't fit correctly on me. After reading some of the other reviews about the sizing and looking at the size chart, I opted for the extra large. It actually fits well and isn't huge on me. There is some room for me to wear a t shirt underneath if I chose to do so, and still be comfortable. I've washed this a few times and it's held up without shrinking. ... show more
