And in UNO Hello Kitty, there’s also a special rule card: the Badtz-Maru card! Badtz-Maru is a mischievous penguin who makes the player with the fewest cards draw four more. And if there’s a tie for the fewest cards, both players draw four cards! The first player to reach 500 points wins.
