I usually wear a women’s 10 and ordered (and received) an 11. It actually didn’t take as long as estimated to be delivered. Took 2 weeks. They clearly come from China and tracking the skates didn’t work. They kind of just showed up in a beat up package. I expected the worst but was pleasantly surprised. Fit perfectly. Comes with a bag to carry skates, shoestrings, and hardware to tighten wheels if needed. They look well made. I’ve taken them out a couple of times and they held up and fit well. The boot needs to be broken in but that will come with time. I’m a occasional skater so they do what I expected. I got the black pair with light up wheels for fun and they do in fact light up when skating around. They are beautiful skates. ... show more

First off the plate is plastic so these will never withstand much wear n tear. But the worst part is a nail shot in my foot and there’s basically NO sole lining in the skates! The tongue is extra large and won’t smooth out, pretty much don’t fit the skate. Then they secured it all with thread wrapped from the boot to the plate! The stopper scrapes the ground as it is also poorly made and is too large for the boot. I’m sorry I had to send these back immediately. I’m no super pro roller skater, but I can’t believe they made these so terribly especially with that nail and flimsy card paper insert that wasn’t glued in neither skate and feel like you’re skating on stones. The packaging my skates arrive in was fairly damaged. It looked as if the box may have gotten wet and dried during the shipping process. It did arrive quicker than the estimated shipping date. I usually wear a size 8 but I ordered a size 9 to be safe and the skates still fit true to my size. Maybe I should have ordered a 10 (I never wore a 10 before in roller-skates). The design of the skates is cute, but I feel the laces were too short. As I went to lace the skates up the metal pieces around the holes in the skates began to fall off. Frankly, I feel for the price of these skates the materials used to make them could have been stronger. My feet and ankles did not feel secure when I put them on, but the lights on my skates did work. What you pay for is really the design. Safety is important to me and there are quality skates out there with a lower price-tag but maybe without the design. ... show more

I purchased a white pair for my daughter for Christmas and she loves them so I had to get a pair for myself. I wear a size 8 1/2 - 9 shoe and after reading the reviews I ordered a size up 10, BAD IDEA, waaay to big so I have to return them. I wish they could just send replacement and we exchange.They are super cute and the wheel lights are bright and colorful. Once I get refunded, I’ll order a 9!!! ... show more

They are beautiful skates but the wrong size sent. I ordered a size 12 and the skates say 11 but they fit a size 10.

Havent used skates in a long time, took these out for 20 mins and really comfortable, smooth wheels, able to skate just fine on the road and pavement....just make sure to buy a size up to fit good.
