I only used them once in the park. I skated around and they seemed ok for the most part. Nice fit, true to size. They feel comfortable on the heels of my feet I had no sore spots. I'm not a hardcore skater "yet" but once I go to the inside rink I will update my review.

These skates are very cute first out of the box. However, the quality of the materials is mediocre, doesn't provide much ankle support and the material creases immediately which makes them uncomfortable to skate in.

The media could not be loaded. Very lovely skates are well stitched with no loose thread outside or inside the insole is removable as it is not sewed in with the skates. They are heavy but you still can use them comfortably. The wheels are smooth and light up when in use. I mainly got this for my daughter. Upon reading the description I went ahead and order her normal size which is (US) 7 1/2. They do run one-inch big I would suggest going down at least half size down from your normal size for a good fitting. She does have wide feet but we did not encounter any issues as the skates are wide and stretchable. They do include a storage bag and one complimentary pair of socks. ... show more

Sturdy, stable and comfortable with smooth long roll. I got these for my 11 & 9yo daughters (we got two sets, one pink & one white with rhinestones). They were so super excited to be getting their "big girl" skates. We had gotten them children's ones and they were OK but not anything like real adult skates in terms of comfort and roll. The outer surface of these is a tough synthetic with a leather feel that is nice and stiff. The inside is nicely padded and has good arch support. The lacing system is just like my skates & is great for tightening them up so that their feet and ankles are well supported. I think this is a super important especially for kids learning to skate because if the foot/ankle is properly & firmly supported they will be able to control their skating so much better and will greatly reduce the instances of twisting the skate wrong and falling which will greatly reduce the instances of skin loss from hands and knees. I also really really liked that the bearings on the wheels are adjustable. They came pretty tight which makes the skate slow - my daughters are moderately experienced skaters so they had gotten tired of having to work so hard to go in their old skates. I had them do a run at the pre-set speed and then loosened them up until they were happy with the speed and length or roll they could get. They are now able to go fast enough to keep up with me which is so much fun. Depending on how well they hold up and how fast my kids feet grow I can change out the wheels to larger softer ones for skating on concrete which will make them even smoother, faster & more stable. Something you cannot do with cheaper 'kids' level skates. I like the material that the boots are made of - its a leather-like synthetic that is stiff and tough feeling - I am very interested to see how well it will stand up to them scuffing them. I have expensive leather adult skates and these actually have the same feel so I have high hopes. ... show more
