I have to admit, my hopes were not super high for this chain -- I have some beads I'd like to use, but I wanted something other than regular beading wire to string them on. Something that looks good even if it is exposed, and most importantly, something that doesn't discolor with wear. Assuming this chain IS in fact stainless steel, I think I have found what I was looking for -- it should not tarnish nor change color over time. I love that this is 0.5mm chain. It fits through some beads with pretty tiny holes. It has good shine/polish and looks great whether exposed or not. It would actually make a perfectly fine pendant chain, too. The hardest part is finding decent crimps to finish the ends -- I have some very tiny fold over crimps that I'm using so that they don't look ridiculous when crimped. Overall, I'm really pleased with this chain, and am considering ordering the gold version as well.

I love this chain. It’s smooth and pretty and is thin enough to fit through many beads. I haven’t had time to find out if it’s sturdy, but it seems to be.

Will definitely buy this chain again. It is very nice quality and comes wrapped nicely around a spool shaped cardboard piece so that it does not get tangled. I've made a few necklaces with this chain and it hangs very nicely and has a beautiful color and shine to it.
